Beautiful and relaxing countryside stay.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful room and location. The room is located in its own separate section of the house, with a small garden that looks out over the countryside. Great view of the sunset and the only sound we could hear was lovely birdsong. It was spotless and kitted out with everything we could need. Brilliant shower and spacious bathroom, and exceptionally comfortable bed. We didn’t want to leave! The hosts, Marilyn and Michiel, were wonderful. Really friendly, kind and welcoming, and very helpful. Really very nice people. They even supplied fresh eggs from their chickens, and showed us around! They explained local routes, walks and shops, there is a very helpful guide to the area and the room on arrival, and they lent us bicycles to ride in the countryside. It is one of the best places I have stayed in, and would definitely return if I came back to NL. It is so rural and quiet, and yet only a 30 minute bus ride into central Amsterdam.

Great accommodation and helpful and friendly owners.

Pros: We were so pleased with the help received when we arrived after travelling through awful weather. The accommodation was perfect for us and the home grown salad leaves and eggs were lovely. We cycled to Hoorn and also to Edam both worth a visit and within our range. Sunsets were beautiful and the rural setting very relaxing. Great folder of interesting and informative notes.

Pros: Very friendly and we had lots of privacy. Rooming cozy, neat with all necessary anemities! Such a nice view of farm land with outside area to sit and relax and watch the farm animals

Pros: Sehr geräumig, mit Wohlfühlcharakter, Terrasse zum Entspannen umgeben von freier Natur. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar Eier der hofeigenen Hühner gegeben.

Cons: Die Zufahrt zum Hof war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Gastgeber teilten jedoch mit, dass ein Geländer an der Brücke geplant sei, damit sollte das „Problem“ behoben werden können.

Fabulous peaceful location on our cycling trip

Pros: Peaceful, comfortable and well equipped. A mini hob and toaster which were a real bonus. Beautiful garden to watch the sun set. Fabulous shower.

Erholsamer Kurztrip

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Hund bekam sogar ein Hundebett (und wie im Hotel lag ein Leckerchen obenauf 😉). Das Apartment ist stylisch eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, im Grünen. Da die Gastgeber Hühner haben, erhielten wir leckere frische Eier. Wir hätten gern spontan verlängert, was leider nicht ging. Aber wir haben vor nochmal hinzufahren.

Pros: tolle Lage mitten in der Natur, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin
