Nice little house to stay close to nature
Pros: The house is nice, small but ok for the group. The house has all things that you may need for your stay. It is really well equipped with a separate freezer, a fridge, oven with microwave, stove, coffee machine, etc. it was clean and well preserved. TV works well, same as the internet. The views to nature and big windows are nice and make your stay pleasant.
Cons: We went on a weekend in which the weather was still a bit cold and the house don’t have a very strong heating system. There are 2 air conditioning (splits) which you can use as heaters but it was not enough, maybe because the ceiling is high. Another fact we were not very glad about is the fact that check out was at 10 am, for us this was a bit rude, as we have travelled a lot around the world and this is the first time that we are obliged to leave a stay so early with no option to delay a bit. Also there is no option to pay either credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash to pay because this was the only way accepted by the owner. In 2025, I would recommend the owners to revise this. People prefer to pay with other ways instead of cash.

It was the best stay I ever had at any place in Europe
Pros: Nicely maintained. Complete privacy, spacious independent house, toys for kids, bicycles, nice view, nearby electric parking, nice parking place in front of house.

Pros: Very well equipped, convenient a clean holiday home in a traditional building - perfect for family holidays. Very friendly and helpful owners living nearby. Extremely picturesque location and unforgettable view to the vast expanses of green meadows and cows grazing at them. Plenty of wild birds and even hares can also be watched directly from the house.
Cons: The windows are rather 'leaky' so with a strong wind (rather typical there) they tend to whistle, and in bad weather it may get too cold in the house even in summertime.

Cosy, quite, above expectations
Pros: Truly amazing place. The view is astonishing. Cows, geese, rabbits, and numerous birds right in front of your window. Quiet, cosy. Big house where you can comfortably stay with a big family or a group or friends. Big space around the house. The place is much better than the photos show. The house is equipped with almost everything ones can potentially need. In addition, there are many table games, outdoor equipment, two bikes available for you. The hosts are really nice and friendly. The village is beautiful. Many places of interest are nearby: Edam, Volendam, Amsterdam to name a few.
Cons: Not much place to store your clothes if you come for several days and want to unpack your bags. Two or three wardrobes would be helpful. There’s no washing machine, which is unfortunate. Especially when you have a baby. The only shower is in a sleeping room. Thus, if you come with a group of people, those who stay in the sleeping room should expect the others coming and having a shower in their room.

Ein top ausgestattetes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage
Pros: Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam und dazu hat das top ausgestattete Haus beigetragen. Die Lage ist top für Menschen die Ruhe suchen Und wer ein wenig angeln möchte kann im Polster im Garten fischen Die Vermieter sind wunderbar freundlich!!!
Cons: Die Aufteilung mit zwei wirklichen top Betten im Küchen/essraum ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind dagegen bretthart, wer es mag.

Fantastische accommodatie op fietsafstand van leuke stadjes met een geweldig natuuruitzicht
Pros: Gastheer en vrouw zijn heel behulpzaam, maar geven je ook alle privacy.
Cons: Ik zou het echt niet weten wat ze kunnen verbeteren.
