Incredible, Chic apartment in the heart of Amsterdam

Pros: This is genuinely one of the best properties I have ever stayed in when travelling abroad. That is chic it is elegant has everything and more that you can need is in the most perfect location in Amsterdam and I genuinely can’t wait to stay here again.

Relaxed, quirky and very comfortable

Pros: Really interesting property, individual and very comfortable. Generally quiet and warm with all you need to feel at home Excellent location

Cons: The only slight drawback was the long winding flight of stairs to the apartment - although not a problem for us, it may be for less mobile people It was also disappointing that we could not use the roof “terrace/balcony”

A beautiful, unique apartment. Luxurious but not stuffy. Very responsive host.

Pros: The apartment was unique and full of character. A real gem. Beautiful old building but very comfortable. The location was excellent - right in the heart of things, while also feeling tucked away and relaxing.

Cons: We had a misunderstanding over facilities / expectations but the host sorted this out for us and ultimately provided excellent customer service so I have no complaints.

LUXURY APARTMENT IN AMSTERDAM

Pros: We absolutely loved the location, the decor and the friendly welcoming staff who couldn't do any more to make our stay more comfortable. The bath in the bedroom was a show stopper - with the candles lit - the fire going and the blue tooth speakers hooked up with our favourite music - there wasnt a better way to spend a chilly Spring evening in Amsterdam. There is a well equipped kitchen facility with an honesty bar - a cupboard with an ironing board- hair dryer and lots of luxurious soaps - shampoos and moisturisers.

Cons: This isnt a dislike just an observation- the stairs are very steep - this needs to be factored in for those with mobility issues or very small children.

It was a very charming and comfortable property to stay at.

Pros: The terrace was a godsend in the heat as we were able to leave the door open at night. The location was amazing and very close to Dam Square. The bed upstairs was very comfortable. The metro is a 2 minute walk from the property. It was very nice how we were given a bottle of wine upon arrival.

Cons: The staircase was a challenge but the host helped us with our bags when we arrived which was nice. The street noise at night may bother some people as it lasts until the early hours of the morning but it didn’t bother us.

Loved it for its vitality and real insights into Amsterdam living.

Pros: Location brilliant for cetnral Amsterdam. Beautiful rooms decorated in a traditional style. Located above a private members club with lots of events that you can attend. Amazing Amsterdam experience.

Cons: If you are after a quiet time then this may not suit. Lots of street noise and peole milling around.

Very unusual and a great experience

Pros: Lovely quirky apartment . Unusual decoration and character and in an excellent location . Good communication with owner and friendly attentive staff

Cons: Central location so not quiet at night - we had earplugs so we’re ok. Steep spiral staircases not a problem for us but would not be suitable if any disability or elderly.

Pros: Absolutely stunning apartment. Every room decorated to perfection with beautiful furniture. Helpful and friendly staff and great location!

Pros: Fabulous property, absolutely one of a kind. Loved all the quirky ornaments and fixtures. It's really nice to find a place with a decent hifi setup too, with one in each room. The roof terrace looked great but we didn't use it, being winter.
