Guesthouse at the Amstel river with 2BR 2BA and garden

Nice quiet location overlooking the river Amstel with easy access to Uithoorn and Amstelveen.

Pros: My son and I have lived in Amstelveen and Uithoorn, so the location for us was perfect with very easy access to both areas. The apartment overlooking the river was very pleasant, and I would imagine would be really nice in the summer. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Personally I would have liked 2 changes: I would have liked a toaster in the kitchen. I would have liked to have some comfortable easy chairs to sit in rather than table and chairs in the bedrooms.

Pros: It is really a nice accomandation close to Amsterdam. The bedrooms and the bathroom are well decorated and cosy to stay. The countryside view outside the house is also amazing. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Amstel river just by looking through the window! Highly recommended!

Pros: Tolle Lage, sehr schnell in Amsterdam, sehr ruhig, kostenlose Parkplätze, gute Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen, sehr sauber und geräumig

Pros: Incantevole appartamento in riva al fiume Amstel, composto da un piccolo cucinino centrale e due accoglienti e spaziose camere matrimoniali corredate di bagno, uno interno ed uno esterno alla camera. Ideale come punto di partenza per visitare l'Olanda, sia in auto (comodo parcheggio gratuito) che in bicicletta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Pros: Příjemně zařízený apartmán, krásný výhled z okna na řeku. Kuchyňka malá, ale zvládli jsme to i s jednou plotýnkou a malými talíři. Apartmán je v patře domu, dole pod námi někdo bydlel, ale nepotkali jsme se, vchod je z druhé strany. Perfektní předání pomocí kódu, s majitelem jsme se nepotkali. Apartmán má ideální polohu na to, co všechno jsme chtěli v Holandsku procestovat.

Cons: Apartmán je u silnice, na které je ve všední dny ráno docela hlučný provoz. Občas hluk letadel. Ale další dny už jsem jezdila z celodenních výletů tak unavená, že jsem to prakticky nevnímala.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Pros: Schöne Lage am Fluss, wenn man nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchte. Mit dem Auto zum P+R 15 Minuten. Dann weitere 15-20 Minuten mit den Öffentlichen in die Stadt. In der Unterkunft ist die Zubereitung eines einfachen Frühstücks möglich. Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Kaffeeautomat mit Kapseln, Geschirr für 4 Personen vorhanden. Der nächste Bäcker für ein Frühstück dort ist ca. 5km entfernt. Keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter aber Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Cons: Außengelände könnte ein bisschen gepflegter sein. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die haben allerdings sehr wenig/ kein Wasser aufgenommen. Ein Duschvorleger wäre bei der offenen Dusche auch hilfreich.

We loved staying out of the city and enjoying the tranquility of the space

Pros: Location was beautiful - quiet and peaceful. Good value

Cons: Kitchen area was a little small…but had everything we needed for a quick breakfast and late night snack

Pros: The canal across the street was beautiful and we really enjoyed walking down it. The guidebook was extremely helpful and the staff and responses were quick.

Cons: It was cold and the heaters had been removed. There needs to be more plugs. We didn’t have a car and it’s inconvenient to get an Uber from this location

Pros: Sehr sauber und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden kurz vor Ankunft und bei der Ankunft angerufen, weil der Gastgeber sicherstellen wollte, ob wir problemlos in die Unterkunft gelangt sind. Freundlicherweise hat er uns sehr nützliche Links und Tips für den Aufenthalt in Amsterdam mitgegeben. Lage einfach top (sehr schön ruhig mit tollem Ausblick zum relaxen, trotzdem zentral gelegen).
