Норм, якщо ви на авто і в більш менш теплу погоду.

Pros: Нормальне житло ціна якість. Нормальні розміри кімнат. Гарний санвузол. Приємний власник.

Cons: Без автомобіля сюди не рекомендую. Дійсно далекувато. Я був під час вітряної погоди - не дуже комфортно. Все хрустить і дме з всіх щілин. Взимку напевно тут дуже холодно.
