Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Houseboat Little Amstel! The space was bigger than we expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t have been better, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck by the water – such a unique and peaceful spot. Staying here was truly one of the highlights of our time in Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

Magical place to stay in amsterdam

Pros: Everything about the place was amazing the place is magical sat out on the jetty just watching the world go bye all the boats passing bye waving the Dutch are very friendly people and the location was great within walking distance to everything you could possibly need also the host was very welcoming and helpful all in all we had the best time

Cons: Everything was great, but if I did have to be picky about something, it would be the two single beds it would be much better for a couple to have a double bed one of us kept falling down the gap in the middle

If you’re looking for a special location in a nice neighbourhood, this is the place to go.

Pros: It’s located in de pijp where you can find great cafes, restaurants, bar and shops. Also we felt very safe. Public transport is in walking distance. The view of the river was very special.

Cons: The bathroom especially the sink is very small.

Pros: Excellent location, near metro and tram stations, markets and other facilities. Comfy rooms with perfect view. Loved everything and hope to go back soon. The best location in Amsterdam.

Pros: I lovely cosy place with great views and in a great location. I messed-up with my check-out and they were very gracious and helpful waiting / working around me. They also recovered a watch left behind by mistake.

Perfect accommodation in Amsterdam

Pros: Studio is little but cozy and the view is amazing! Very clean, everything else was as expected. Our stay was in November, definetly need to come back during summer :)

Experience Amsterdam like the locals do!

Pros: So amazing, what a cool experience staying on a houseboat in Amsterdam, just like the locals do. Once in a lifetime opportunity! Also just a 2 minute walk to the Albert Cuyp Market and cute restaurants around. 2 min walk to a tram station which takes you right into the centre of town if you don’t feel like walking or riding a bike.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, it was amazing! Only thing I could suggest to the next people staying is if you’re a light sleeper, you might need to wear some ear plugs as the cars crossing the bridge can be a little noisy but not too bad.

Essential Amsterdam experience.

Pros: I really enjoyed staying on the houseboat, so well organized and comfortable. So nice to stay directly on the water, waching all the different boats traveling on the river Amstel from the sumdeck outside the room.

The view! The location!

Pros: Absolutely stunning view on the river, can’t beat it. The room is tiny, but very clean and comfortable. The beds are good, there’s a lot of light and air from the windows, convenient to have a coffee maker and a fridge. Sitting outside directly on the water is amazing! Check in and out with a smart lock is quick and easy.

Cons: Like other reviews mentioned, there are still no wine glasses 🤣
