Pros: Very well situated. Clean. Perfect for a family of 4. Friendly and helpful host, we appreciated the extra touches.

Pros: The breakfast was truly outstanding!20/10! The accomodation was outstanding,highest levels of comfort,cleaniness, location wonderful,very short walk to beautiful Volendam,The hosts were out of this world,very kind,friendly with a true Dutch warmth shown to us!Thankyou.

Cons: Only a suggestion.....The television would be more suitable near the main bed,on tge wall.Your key entry system could be explained more fully on your demonstation video,as we couldnt open it for ages!then finally worked it out how to do it!!Last,the bunk beds could be turned into a double sofa bed?with a tv?Could be more appealing to guests of all ages? With more bookings?!!!!!!

Pros: The house is very cosy and very well-cleaned. All the information was sent the day before the check-in. Breakfast is super good. I absolutely recommend it!

Wonderful stay in a lovely fishing village

Pros: Great breakfast service which was definately value for money - one should not miss this optional service which is a very competative and one of a kind, very friendly hosts, great location not far from the charming fishing village, free safe parking, very nice little garden or terrace with outdoor tables available - indoor breakfast table is provided with counter and stool. So if the weather is nice, having a breakfast in the terrace is also a great option as well. Due to our touring plan, we have opted to self check in which was kindly offered us by the host. She had provided us a very good instructions on how to get there, where to park, and how to access the site. All went well without any problems.

Cons: Nothing. I saw some people commenting that house is little small or bathroom is little small etc. I would say it can be seen small depending on one's expectations. However the hosts sells this place as family room not a house. If you treat this place as family room, it is good size indeed with double bedroom and small adjacent room with bunkbed with kitchenette with breakfast table and stool with walk in wardrobes to store the luggage plus bathroom with shower. Also private entrance with front garden/ terrace. As family room with a price of family room, I would say we should be pleased and we cannot ask more. At least we are very pleased with what we are paying for and provided with. It was a great stay. Thank you so much.

Pros: The communication with the owner was great, it made the stay very convenient. I highly recommend the breakfast, which was delicious and filling. Also location is very good.

Pros: The best place to stay in Volendam, easy to reach by public transport from Amsterdam or by a car. A very nice owner, delicious breakfast.

Pros: A wonderful and cosy apartment, extremely clean and nice. With a very charming terrace to have breakfast or dinner. Breakfast is wonderful and the hosts are very welcoming, with precise instructions to reach the place. Totally recommendable.

Pros: The place is nicely furnished, giving it a cozy feel. It had everything we needed. Amazing breakfast.
