Pros: all was lovely, a beautiful room, a whole fully equipped separate kitchen for the guests, wonderful cozy breakfast where there is so much detail for your wants, we eat vegan and even though Hennie had little knowledge about this, she did her uppermost best to provide us a lovely breakfast and took wonderful care of all of us. We would def stay there again and recommend Hennie's home to everyone. :-)

Pros: The bed and breakfast was amazing but the best about this place is the lady owner. A very super nice lady who will MAKE SURE that you have the best stay. The location is not far from train station. Breakfast was so good and classy.

Cons: I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great accommodation and lovely host

Pros: Hennie is a wonderful host and she is such a lovely lady and very friendly. When I arrived and met the other guests (4 lovely ladies from Belgium) she provided cake with our coffee/tea! She served up a great breakfast (eggs, cold meats, cheese, bread) etc and also sat with the guests as well which was lovely. She would provide helpful information about Hoorn and the local area. Yes the stairs are steep but I understand that nearly all Dutch houses are similar! Nothing was too much trouble for Hennie - she offered to lend me her bicycle but even with the saddle at its lowest my legs were still too short! She even gave me a lift to the train station on the Sunday morning as buses are a bit infrequent into town. Great place - would recommend to anyone. However if you don’t drive then the walk into Hoorn takes around 30 minutes or you can get the bus (No 133) which are every half an hour.

Perfeckt für Kurzurlaub!

Pros: Hennie war einfach SUPER. Sehr gute Gastfreundlichkeit und das Frühstück war 5 Sterne. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, man kann sagen Wohl wie zuhause:-) Alles ist nah bei und die Öffis sind super aufgestellt, nach allen Richtungen alles gut und einfach erreichbar. Hoorn für einen kurz Urlaub ist super. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu tun sowie Radfahren, Museum besuchen oder nur alte Gebäude und Hafen zu bewundern. Danke Hennie, Ich komme sicher wieder, aber dann mit meiner Frau. Sie sind eine super Gastgeberin und bleiben Sie gesund. Alles Gute mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Österreich - Gerald Kastner

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, wat voor herhaling vatbaar is.

Pros: Het is een fijne B&B op een mooie lokatie op loopafstand van een wijkwinkelcentrum. Het wordt gerund door een hartelijke, attente gastvrouw, die veel kennis heeft en goede tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Elke ochtend stond er een uitgebreid ontbijt klaar, waarbij ook nog rekening werd gehouden met beperkingen en/of allergieën. De kamer met eigen douche, toilet en balkon was ruim en bood uitzicht op de tuin. Er was een ruime, nette keuken voor gezamenlijk gebruik met andere gasten. Het geheel was schoon en netjes.

Cons: De afzuiging in de douche zou beter mogen en de kraan in de wastafel gaat wat stroef.

Super geweest. Aanrader!!

Pros: Zeer lieve gastvrouw. Alles was kraakhelder en uitstekend verzorgd. Mooie ruime kamer. Gebruik mogen maken van de traplift! Prima ontbijt en hartelijke ontvangst. Bushalte voor de deur naar centrum.

Cons: Misschien vermelden dat de ingang en huisnummer aan de weg ligt. En parkeren op het pad naast de woning kan. Daar liggen ook de woningen nr 1,3,enz aan! We hadden wel last van muggen!
