Pros: the host was available despite the late hour, and he went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable after a horrific day of delays, disruptions and uncertainty.

Great place if you just need to crash for a night before traveling on

Pros: I lost my connection and needed to find a place to spend the night in Amsterdam. Wim's Place is very close to the airport (in Hoofddorp), and Wim is extremely helpful. It's really only a couple of rooms in his house, but it's clean and in a quite neighborhood. It saved my day as there were hardly any rooms left in Amsterdam, however the price of EUR 265 was relatively steep for what you get (no breakfast included). But again: I couldn't ask for more help when I was in trouble late at night....

Amazing place for stay

Pros: The owner was so kind. So welcoming 🙏. He have coffe and chocolate in the room .He didn't charge as anything. Clean and tudy room. Even the coffe cups was very antique. Make it in Greek

It was just amazing. Great host, place definitely remembered.

Pros: Location in calm neighbourhood. Owner went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I got free beer, chocolate, map of city and tips about further trip like where are the lockers, how to get to trains station, how much cost the train.

Pros: Mr Wim was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, there was a coffee machine, water and even welcome drinks provided for free. Mr Wim organised airport transfer very early in the morning with very reasonable price. Thank you!

Pros: Wim was very available. I lost my flight at the airport so I had to look for somewhere to stay. I chose Wim's place because it was located very near to the airport. I had my flight very early the day after and Wim offered me, for 25€, to drive me back to the airport.

Pros: The host was very flexible and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I booked a room at around 10:15 PM due to a flight cancellation and was able to check in immediately. He also went out of his way to help me navigate the town and go back to the airport the following day
