One of a kind stay!

Pros: This property is absolutely breath taking, from the canal side balcony to the surrounding neighbourhood. We spent our mornings relaxing on our balcony surrounded by ducks and passing boats. Johan and Tiba are amazing hosts and provided us with top tier service! Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, including pastries, spreads, fruits, meats and eggs. Fresh towels and bedding were provided when needed and Johan was around 24/7 for all of our needs. The location of this property is great. With transport to Amsterdam centre being around 30 minutes, this includes the 195 bus and the 17 or 2 tram. Both bus and tram were always on time, quiet and easy to navigate. I have been to Amsterdam many times and this location has to be my favourite, nice and quiet away from the crowds and noise of the centre! Would 100% stay again! Thank you Johan and Tiba.

Best place to be in Amsterdam!

Pros: It’s an awesome and relaxed place! Just everything you need. Johan is a lovely guy and makes your stay to a great experience.

Cons: There is nothing to complain.

Peaceful canal-side location with comfortable beds and a great breakfast

Pros: The apartment has a private terrace directly on the canal, which is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast. The host lives in his own apartment next door and brings a fantastic breakfast every morning - a true breakfast buffet in a basket! He's very welcoming and always willing to provide clean glasses, plates etc. if you want to eat other meals (there's a fridge and a microwave, but no kitchen equipment at all, so it's only suitable for ready-made supermarket food). The bed was extremely comfortable (nice and soft) and the location is quiet, so we always slept well.

Cons: It takes about an hour to get into Amsterdam city center. However, the journey is easy: a very peaceful 20-minute walk to the tram stop, and the trams are frequent.

Perfection.

Pros: Amazing. The host is everything you want, the breakfast was amazing, the facilities were perfect, the view was stunning. We will be back.

Awesome

Pros: The accommodation was perfect, Mr Johan was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Everything was done in a relaxed atmosphere and the accommodation exceeded our expectations many times over. Travel from the centre by simple tram no 2 approx 13 minutes walk from the accommodation through beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend

Quaint boat house on the canal of Amsterdam

Pros: We like the breakfast, the location, and the decor of the boat house, and Johan the owner and his dog Tiba are exceptional!

Picturesque room with a wonderful view!

Pros: The interior was beautifully and artfully decorated, it was a joy coming in to the room and waking up to it. You're right over the water and the birds, water, and trees are super relaxing. The included breakfast was so filling and varied, and the host was amazing! 10/10 recommend staying there.

Cons: It was about a 15-minute walk from a tram stop to the house. It wasn't too far away but at night, it felt endless when all we wanted to do was sleep 😅 it is relatively well-connected though, with the tram stop.

We couldn't reach the hotel because our flight was canceled on that date.

Pros: The staff member who received our call was amazing; he was helpful and kind. I called him to inform him that our flight was canceled and we couldn't come to the hotel.

Pros: Everything was perfect. A beautiful place, the best host, very comfortable beds, a wonderful view and you can get to Amsterdam center very quickly by bus. A great breakfast. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything, dear Johan and Tiba. Kind regards Ingrid and Julia
