Pros: Perfect location. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was very clean throughout. Amazing living area and kitchen. Outside terrace was also great. Would definitely stay again. Winny was the perfect host.

Large cozy apartment close to the city center and beach

Pros: Large apartment which looks like a nice pinterest picture (I guess it is a former bar). Located on the 1st floor. During our stay it was quiet at night, although the street is quite busy during the day. Close to many restaurants, cafes, bus stop is just 5 minutes walk. Takes about 10 min to go to the city center, to the beautiful beach - 7 minutes. Supermarket also nearby. Inside the apartment is very cozy and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including coffee, tea, spices, oil. We would like to go back again, but with dogs and walk on the beach or in the dunes.

Cons: was a bit cool in the apartments, the temperature inside was around 19 degrees in mid-April. also not easy to remember the light switches system, but over time you get used to it.

A most enjoyable stay in the comfort of a spacious and immaculately presented apartment in a perfect location.

Pros: From arrival and throughout our stay the hosts Daniel and Winny were most pleasant and helpful. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the warm welcome and invaluable local advice on our first visit to the Netherlands. The apartment is immaculate and presented to an exceptionally high standard. This is a very spacious accommodation indeed with above average facilities. The location is about as good as you can get with close proximity to train station, town centre, restaurants, supermarkets, main Zandvoort beach, Circuit Zandvoort, and parking. The property is in a very nice quiet location with ground floor access. Everything is well maintained and in good working order. On balance this is very good value indeed.

Cons: During our 5 night stay are absolutely no negative points worthy of note about this property or location.

perfect spot next to the train station with full amenities

Pros: The hospitality and location make this place an amazing find!Zandvoort is a really nice walkable town and the station is literally 1 minute from this apartment. The bed is one of the highlights actually...it can go up and down and it's really comfortable! There's a full kitchen and a nice terrace out on the main street.

Cons: WIFI was not so good outside the main living room.

Pros: The place was chic! Very beautiful, neat and elegant. We liked it very much. The hosts are really nice and always helpful in case we needed something.

Super mooi en huiselijk appartement.

Pros: Ruime opzet, gezellig en huiselijk en een hele fijne keuken en bar om aan te zitten. Op 1 min lopen van het treinstation (hoor je niets van en voor nog geen 6 euro heb je een retourticket voor het gezellige Haarlem), op 2 min van het strand en dicht bij het centrum en supermarkt. Gezellige terrasjes op het strand en fijne boulevard en duinen om te wandelen/hardlopen. Korte en heldere communicatie met gastvrouw.

Cons: Bedden waren voor ons te zacht. Appartement is wel wat gehorig (stoelen schuiven over vloer door bovenburen), entree wordt gedeeld met eigenaar/andere huurders en jouw ingang is slechts gescheiden door een mat glazen deur van die centrale ingang. De Zeestraat is enorm druk qua verkeer en de naastgelegen Brugstraat, waaraan slaapkamer (raam) grenst is ook erg druk, is de toegangsweg (eenrichtingsverkeer) naar coffeeshop… meest vervelende is dat douche afvoer van zowel bovenburen als eigen appartement niet goed is aangesloten op het riool. Na iedere douchebeurt van onszelf of bovenburen ontstaat er een enorme riool lucht in het appartement dat uren blijft hangen. Wij hebben geur kaarsen geplaatst om de ergste stank te neutraliseren.

Charmantes Appartement in bester Lage

Pros: Der Wohnraum, der Essbereich, die Küche und die Bar sind wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Bett war uns zu weich und die Topper rutschen ständig. Bad und WC sind getrennt in zwei winzigen Räumen ohne Charme und ohne Wärme. Die Lage ist toll. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe und der Strand fast vor der Tür. Der Parkplatz ist einen Fußweg entfernt. Sehr schmal, die Nachbarn parken sehr eng.

Pros: Außergewöhnliches Appartement, gute Lage zum Strand und zum Ortskern Dem Vermieter ist sehr daran gelegen, dass es den Gästen gut geht
