Pros: The place is very nice and specail,we like so much.

Pros: The host was so friendly, as were the the other people on the property. It was great to be able to go see the horses and see peacocks casually strolling around! Such a beautiful location, and a very cosy nice place to stay.

Pros: Everything is incredibly beautiful here. A peaceful farmhouse. The horses and pets are very cute. Especially the host was very helpful to us, we are grateful to him as a family. He even helped us to fix our car, thank you again. I recommend this place to everyone. I would definitely like to come here again.

Pros: This was the perfect place to stay in when visiting the Wageningen Bioveterinary Research for a few days: a very quiet location close to the institute. The hosts were extremely helpful and even borrowed a bike without an extra cost. The kitchen was well equipped for all my cooking needs.

Time stood still for a moment...green, good air, Dutch landscape, peaceful vibes, beautiful horses.

Pros: Very complete kitchen and spacious living room, nice shower and nicely furnished.If you like horses there are plenty of them. Atmosphere soothing. There was little time to get to know our hosts but it is clear that they put their passion in the place and everything feels relaxed.

Cons: If you are disabled or have difficulty walking, it will be very difficult to take the steep stairs to the two beds, or more difficult to descend when you have to go to the toilet. Public transport is simply bad, a bicycle or car is a necessity. Bicycles, traditional and with electric assistance, can be rented in Lelymare. The mattresses are very soft, I like them firm because of my back, but the quality of the mattress is good, because I didn't have any back problems after four nights.

Pros: Real Nature experience! Our kids were literally enjoyed with all pet animals and spent all time like own family. The house is very quietly located. No roads or other noise. The apartment is great. Kitchen has everything, enough sleeping options, bright, bathroom with large space and everything cleaned and well maintained.

Cons: It is just a holiday that also leads back to your own four walls where you have set up as you like. So there is nothing to complain about.

Relaxing and nearby to the nature park

Pros: The B&B was situated close to where we wanted to cycle in the Nature Park. The accommodation was large. Downstairs was the main living room area and the bathroom. Upstairs on a mezzanine level was the bedroom. There was plenty of garden furniture to sit on outside. The garden area was extremely neat which made it enjoyable to have a cup of tea while admiring the peacock and peahen, chickens, cat and the rather excitable dog. Free eggs were available. There was plenty of tea and coffee. A washing machine was available to use which was handy. Bring your own washing liquid/ pods. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was very peaceful with no traffic noise. We would return again if we were cycling in that area.

Cons: There was nothing that we really disliked. This might be our own fault as we didn't realise that the room we booked had two single beds and that they were separated by a bedside table with a lamp which we couldn't move. Next time we would book one that had a double bed.

Lovely Lelymare

Pros: Lovely accomodation in nice surroundings. Animals were a hit with my daughter and the owners were very friendly.

Cons: A little bit off the beaten track.

Peaceful appartment close to nature reserves

Pros: This appartment is one of several which face onto a garden and lawn with picninc tables and tame peacocks. The host me us when we arrived to give us the keys and was very friendly. The appartment itself is moden, with a large living room with a kitchen in one corner, and a modern bathroom with lots of towel and soaps. The bedroom was up a steep open sided stairway with 2 single beds. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped. There was a very useful shared room at the end of the row, with a washing machine, fridge full of drinks to buy, eggs for free and lots of tourist information. We had come there mainly to see the nature reserves nearby and it was very well located for these and the coast. We had a great stay there and were very comfortable.
