Pros: Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich fußläufig in funfminütiger Entwicklung zum Strand. Sie liegt nicht vorne an der Straße, sondern in einem Die Wonung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wenn man die Wohnung betritt ist links ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Rechts ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit einem sehr großen Fernseher. Neben dem Wohnzimmer ist ein Augang in den kleinen Außenbereich, mit drei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch. Es ist sehr schön sich auch mal mit einem Kaffee draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, Waschmaschine und Gasherd. Sowie Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Vor der Stiege steht ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Klappstühlen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein sehr gemütliches Doppelbett, zwei Nachttische und einen Sesssel.

Cons: Die Wonung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt einige Ecken, wo die Farbe abgeplatzt ist, Lampen in der Decke fehlen zum Teil, die Möbel sind abgewohnt und zum Teil angeschlagen.
