We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable, clean and well worth the money.
Pros: Beautiful apartment, very well furnished with everything you need for a self catering stay. The apartment was extremely clean. The location was fantastic, right in the the city and easily accessible from the train station.
Cons: Spiral stairs a little dangerous for our 3 year old grandchild as the gaps between the bars were wide with steep main staircase (definitely an apartment suited for adults) Noise from the bars on the street a little loud, but only on the Saturday night, however, no problem for anyone in the rear bedroom.

Pros: The location is great 👍 Very close to all the main sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable and provided everything you need.
Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment is located in a street with a few pubs/cafes/restaurants, which is great for your food options but not so great for the noise. The apartment does provide earplugs, but the front bedroom remains very noisy until the early hours of the morning.

Great apartment in a splendid location! Highly recommended!!!
Pros: It was a cute apartment, located right in the city, about 5-min walk in various directions to the train station, main shopping area, beach etc. The facilities were great; everything one would need. We were in Hoorn, visiting family that live there. Due to the convenience of location & availability of facilities, our Dutch relatives spent almost every evening in our apartment for dinner :-) Will certainly book again for our next trip to Hoorn.
Cons: Minor inconvenience of people talking from street/restaurants downstairs. But if you’re like us, you can sleep through it, it’s not an issue. Plus, ear plugs are provided!

Pros: We loved the apartment. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. My son lives in Hoorn, and it is such a beautiful place. This apartment is central to everything lots of shops, restaurants, and across the road from the train Station. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location if you like to be right in the heart of the city. Lots of places to eat very nearby . I loved the well equipped kitchen, and the bright modern feel of the apartment.. The space is well layed out. Access is straight forward with a lockbox outside the front door. A second set of keys were provided to us, since we were two couples. That was really nice. Leaving earplugs is a nice touch.as well.
Cons: Stairs from main floor to second floor of apartment are extremely narrow, spindle style. This is fine for many people, but heavier, or less agile folks, take note. Getting a suitcase larger than a carryon up those stairs would be challenging. The bedrooms have windows in the doors. That means that every time that anyone gets up in the night, light shines into your room . So as well as the need for earplugs due to the lively night scene, an eye mask is helpful..

Supermooi huisje, erg leuk ingericht, wel gehorig, op een prachtige locatie in een superleuk stadje.
Pros: Het was een erg prettig huis, met alles erop en eraan. De woonkamer is erg sfeervol en het is fijn terugkomen na een dag op pad. De locatie is ook erg goed, je loopt overal makkelijk naar toe. Zowel het parkeren is eenvoudig, maar het station is ook om de hoek. We hebben niet gekookt, maar de keuken zag er super prettig uit. De slaapkamers zijn ook prettig en de douche is ook goed.
Cons: Het enige nadeel vonden we dat de straat waar het aan ligt vrij lawaaiig is. In de eerste avond waren de mensen van het restaurant eronder goed verstaanbaar wanneer ze van binnen naar buiten liepen of in de deuropening bleven staan (misschien was er een privé-feestje na de kerstmarkt die dag?), en de tweede nacht hadden we ook pech, omdat er toen jongeren tot diep in de nacht voor een gesloten pool-café iets verderop zaten.

Pros: De locatie was perfect. Om de hoek een grote parkeerplaats en het theater, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand
Cons: Het was een beetje gehorig van buitenaf, maar er lagen genoeg oordopjes klaar.

Prima.
Pros: Locatie is prima. Verhuurder was ook goed bereikbaar toen een gedeelte van het licht en WiFi niet werkte. Blijkbaar lag er een stop uit.
Cons: Sleutelkluisje ging wat moeizaam open. Klein knopje, weinig houvast. Nagel op stuk gegaan. Zelfde probleem bij vertrek. Het is waarschijnlijk een trucje?! Maar de sleutel met label paste net in het kluisje en viel bij dichtdoen steeds naar voren. Kastje was iets te krap voor het geheel.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in Hoorn. Ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.
Cons: Mangel an Schränken. Man lebt förmlich aus dem Koffer.

Zwei Nächte in einer schönen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft!
Pros: Ausserwöhnlich und stilvoll auf zwei Etagen. Die Waschmaschine und Tumbler war praktisch.
Cons: Strassenseite mit Lokalen eher lärmig bis morgens um 02:00. Der Gastgeber stellte aber Ohropax zur Verfügung!
