Would recommend this as a great place to stay and explore from.

Pros: Very well presented and equipped, comfortable, easy to find with the well thought out directions. Spotlessly clean, enough towels, couldn’t think of how to improve the property

Cons: I banged my head leaving once and that’s the only negative thing I can say, actually says more about my clumsiness than anything😂

Pros: The room was wonderful, very close to the city center. It was new, with a Nescafé coffee machine and lovely details that made it very cozy. The hostess had also brought fresh flowers, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hostess was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely welcoming. We will definitely choose this place again.

Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Things to improve.

Pros: The place is small, but the space is surprisingly well used. It’s comfortable for two people. In our opinion, for four people with luggage it could feel quite small. It’s very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Entering through the large window/door using a staircase is unusual, but it was fine for us. The heating works very well. The location is excellent, three blocks from the Amstel and one block from the Botanical Garden. The host is very kind and responds very quickly. He allowed us to leave our luggage at his place on checkout day so we could explore Amsterdam a bit more that morning.

Cons: We could give it a rating of 10, but two very important aspects for resting should be improved. The mattress in the main bed should be replaced, as it sinks too much and is not very comfortable (the sofa bed mattress is actually more comfortable). In addition, a lot of noise can be heard from the apartment upstairs. Apparently there are children, as footsteps and running can be heard very early in the morning. The floor insulation should be improved. The apartment is very nice, well located, and well equipped, but unfortunately these issues with the bed and the noise prevent us from rating it a 10.

Comfortable, well located stay

Pros: Beautifully appointed Main bedroom very comfortable, quiet and dark. Kitchen had all we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches (high chair, colouring, bottle of wine) Host easy to contact, we met briefly very friendly and welcoming. Location - we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted (20 mins to Nemo, 30ish to museum area) Would stay again

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet street and very nice neighborhood with public transport and supermarkets within a few minutes reach. The double bed is very good quality, we slept very well. Good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Apartament is absolutely lovely and well-located. Owners are very kind and thoughtfull- we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: It was very small. We were there with 2 small kids and it was barely enough.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. Lots of thoughtful things included in the apartment. It was close to two tram stops and one subway stations with straight lines to the centre, RAI and tourist attractions. Close to the student neighbourhood of the University Of Amsterdam so very clean vibrant and safe neighbourhood

Pros: The property was cosy and clean. The design of the apartment was very tasteful, and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: Everything was great, but would have liked some milk in the fridge. Other than that it was wonderful.

Great accomodation a little bit out of the centre but quite walkable to all areas.
