Houseboat In The Center

Pros: We loved our stay on the houseboat. It was very clean and comfortable. The heating worked great, kitchen had all we needed and the washing machine was helpful. We really liked the location and either walked or took the no. 7 tram wherever we needed to go in the city.

Cons: Being so close to the train lines over the canal next to the boat means you can hear them going past. It didn't bother us too much. The comfort and joy of waking up to visiting birds including swans outweighed the train issue.

2 night stay with Family in Houseboat

Pros: I had always wanted to experience staying in a houseboat. At around €150 per night, the main thing I liked was the novelty of the experience itself. However, it feels more like a small, cosy apartment, and you don’t really feel that you are staying on a houseboat.In the morning, when you open the curtains, you can see ducks and swans swimming in the canal, which is quite pleasant. The nearest tram and bus stop are about 500 metres away. An important tip: there is a small bridge over the canal right next to the houseboat, which reduces the walking distance to around 200 metres. This is especially useful if you are carrying luggage.

Cons: It would have been better if a dishwasher had been available on the houseboat. Additionally, washing powder or liquid should be provided. Lastly, the utensils should be replaced, as they are somewhat dirty and quite old.

All in all, a unique and relaxing place by the water, perfect for a different and memorable experien

Pros: We liked the location very much. In the morning, waking up and looking out from the window directly to the water gives the feeling of being on a boat while enjoying the comfort of a house. It is truly amazing and feels self-healing. The place is also close to markets and transportation, which makes it very convenient. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and we enjoyed every moment there. We would love to visit this place again and highly recommend it to others

Cons: The only things we would mention are that the WiFi was sometimes unstable and slow, which could be a bit annoying. Also, gentle sounds from the water, ducks, or passing boats can be charming but may disturb light sleepers.

Pros: Atmosfera particolarissima, luogo fuori dal casino del centro ma vicinissimo comunque e facilmente raggiungibile. Host super preciso e disponibile.

Cons: C'era scritto balcone ma non era presente nel nostro, era comunque disponibile un patio galeggiante in cui posizionare le sedie

Pros: Кухня укомплектована. Вид чудовий. Чисто та затишно. Нам дуже сподобалось , Щиро рекомендую!

Cons: В шкафу були чиїсь речі, тому ним ми не користувались.

A fun and affordable stay in Amsterdam

Pros: It is a fun experience to open the curtains and see the water at foot-level outside. We also had access to a kitchen stove and oven. There is also a washing machine present. Although it was broken when we were there, the host washed our clothes in their washing machine (as they are living next doors). Otherwise a cozy place for two couples to stay at.

Pros: L originalite du logement lui-même c est une péniche! Son environnement sa situation :bon compromis entre le centre ville et un peu en retrait la proximité des transports la facilité d acces et de récupération des clefs la proprete7

Trevligt boende i Amsterdams kanal

Pros: Supermysigt och unikt boende med perfekt läge vid kanalen – lugnt men ändå nära stan. Fräsch, välutrustad båt med sköna sängar och fin uteplats. Att vakna upp på vattnet var magiskt! Trevlig värd och smidig incheckning. Rekommenderas varmt!
