Clean and comfortable, great value for money.

Pros: Great location, clear written instructions from the host on how to get to the property using public transport and how to access the keys once there. The property was clean and tidy, with fast free wifi.

Cons: The only thing which would have made the stay better would have been some shower gel/shampoo provided.

Pros: The studio was home from home and so much on the doorstep and location from the centre of the city 20 min away by bus and the bus stop was a 30 second walk from the flat ,local supermarket is nearly next door for anything needed for the stay that is if its not already in the flat ,was the little touches that made the whole stay effortless and stress free ,the host was exceptional very helpful and replied to any questions promptly ,super clean comfortable and fully equipped for a short or long stay ,will book again if we are to visit Amsterdam again 100%

Cons: Very sensitive smoke detector located above the toliet door as the shower steam set it off ,easy enough to stop by pressing the button once ,this is not even a negative only a pointer for future visitors to be aware of while enjoying the amazing waterfall shower

Pros: The studio is spacious with comfortable bed and sofa. There is dining table with chairs. The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and complete kitchen utensils. The studio is in the heart of Purmerend center, near to many shops and restaurants and also near to bus station, only few steps. There are many bus lines especially bus 305 to Amsterdam Central station and bus 110 to Amsterdam noord. The bus passes by many touristic towns like Edam, Volendam and Monnikendam The owner Mr Martin is very cooperative and reply promptly on any query.

Cons: I advise the owner to supply the studio with a wardrobe where customers can hang clothes.

Excellent stay, I would highly recommend it.

Pros: We loved staying here. The apartment was small but extremely clean and comfortable. The situation was very good, very close to public transport, lovely restaurants, coffee bistros and all shops. An added bonus was the fully equipped laundry room. And air purifier....Martin certainly does go the extra mile.

Cons: Not the host's fault but the pathway leading up to the apartment was not clean enough. Some weeds were pushing thru the bricks, and unfortunately the are had some cigarette buds on the floor.

Pros: Een eigen plekje in het centrum. Alles was aanwezig.

Cons: Ik vond het de eerste avond in de schemering lastig om het sleutelkastje te bedienen. Gelukkig kon ik de gastheer bellen , zodat ik met een rustiger gevoel naar binnen kon. Verder was alles prima in orde.

Weekend weg

Pros: De compactheid van het appartement en de nabijheid openbaar vervoer.

Cons: De toiletbril zat los.

Pros: See previous reviews. I have always loved this studio, but it has recently been refurbished and has some new furniture this time, so it was even better than ever!!
