NEW cosy apartment in 9 streets

Beautiful property, very chill vibes. Perfect place to be coffee shop next door is a must

Pros: Really clean, very comfortable bed. Lots of space fantastic location.

Cons: Nothing would highly recommend this stay

It was comfy, romantic, time to chill but also nice place to have drinks and get ready, me and my boyfriend had the best

Pros: The location was fantastic, was a really nice area , access to everything but not in the centre , was right by the river which was very romantic at night time. The bed was really comfortable, the host was great, the balcony was a lovely touch to people watch and chill and have drinks, the bathroom was nice it had a mirror that did not condensate so it was east to get ready

Cons: The only slight thing was you can hear your neighbors coming up and down stairs and next door, I don’t really mind that but for anyone that might, stairs getting in are extremely steep, again I didn’t really care about that but others might

Great location, but noise from the street

Pros: Great location in the 9 streets area. Just above KOF Amsterdam Coffee Roasters (great coffee). The place is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a good size and has shampoo and shower gel available. There is also a towel dryer. I appreciated that there was a kettle for cooking water as well as plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc.

Cons: I had expected that I was able to use the stove to cook a small meal, but was informed (after arrival) that due to Amsterdam regulations this was not allowed. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. There was plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. and it was possible to wash these, but there were no kitchen towel so it wasn't possible to dry the things. Nor was there a cloth to wipe the counter top. Minor things, but just a bit annoying.

Lovely flat, perfect location, very comfy bed!

Pros: The location in 9 Streets was wonderful! Plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants nearby. Very short walk to most major tourist spots. The bed was very very comfortable! The kitchen, while small, was well equipped. It is indeed a cozy (small) unit, but there was plenty of space for 2 of us as well as our luggage. The check in process was easy and check in time was 1 pm which is quite early compared to others, which made it very convenient for us.

Cons: Beyond the owner's control, but the stairs up to the flat were very very steep and narrow. It was very difficult to get large luggage up and down the stairs. If you have mobility issues, this would not be a flat for you. It's very common in Amsterdam, however it's a good warning to those who might struggle. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor causing quite a big mess in the bathroom after a shower. Also there is quite a bit of street noise throughout the night, so mightn't be good for light sleepers.

Pros: Beautiful property, lovely and clean and easy check in, location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Would definitely book again

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Amsterdam. Everything was absolutely perfect and we immediately felt at home. The place is cozy, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and located right in the city center in a quiet area. The hosts were extremely kind—thank you for everything. Pros: Apartment was lovely felt very at home Location was perfect

Cons: Apartment above was noisy didn't bother us but may bother others. Not all the time but people constantly in an out all night till early hours

We loved the cosiness of the apartments and it made our stay in Amsterdam all the better!

Pros: Location was great everything we needed and wanted was within a walking distance. The facilities made our stay all the better.

Cons: The bed was not great. Going as a couple we did not really enjoy sleeping in two single beds pushed together. Having said that everything was clean and comfortable.
