Our stay was home away from home.
Pros: Was convenient and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Close to shops and trams that take you straight in to Dam Sqare. Communication was always there.
Cons: Not much at all.

A great place to live and work in Amsterdam
Pros: Lovely designed rooms. Has almost everything you could need! Great location close to supermarkets, atm, cafe, restaurants and a lovely little flower shop! Great communication with the owners too! They went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable
Cons: A vanity desk would have been the final touch but honestly it was great and I was here for a week!

Fixable issues stopped us giving 10/10
Pros: A purpose built studio that was very well styled with quality fittings. Big enough and comfortable. Very modern and upmarket, a perfect place were it not for the issues below.
Cons: 1. Didn't get final instructions on how to get in until we contacted them, while sitting in Airport late at night, awaiting this info before we caught taxi to destination. All ok once we got info. 2. Faulty fittings, eg bedside lamp semi detached from wall didn't work; tv remote was broken but got it working by wrapping a rubber band around it; most of all cooktop kept failing, several texts to online support (who were very prompt in responding) and a visit by onsite manager failed to fix the issue. Cooktop needs technician. It's a shame to have to mention these things which unfortunately overshadowed the rest of the experience

Pros: The apartment was cozy and very close to supermarkets, the tram and restaurants in the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly via WhatsApp and readily available to answer all my questions. I'll definitely stay at this apartment again when I return to Amsterdam
Cons: The only thing missing was a toaster ๐

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, I think it is the best that can be found at this price. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are clean and functional. The location is ideal, a quiet and peaceful place at the same time close enough to tram stops and even a train station nearby. The hosts are very responsive, they helped us when we made a mistake after we closed the door and the key remained inside. Be careful with this, especially if you are not used to this type of lock. We had a wonderful seven days in Amsterdam and are very grateful.

Really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again!
Pros: Location was perfect for where I needed to go in Amsterdam. The bed was super comfortable, small kitchen had everything necessary, and the place was clean and quiet. Would stay again!
Cons: Only issue was the lack of a shower door in the bathroom. Because there was no enclosure and the floor wasn't tilted towards the drain, with how fantastic the water pressure was, everytime I showered the entire bathroom filled with water.

A comfortable and conveniently-located apartment for a short stay in Amsterdam.
Pros: The closeness to public transport. Beds were good and comfy. Facilities in the kitchen were great.
Cons: Not being able to open the windows was disappointing as we needed fresh air. The place needs a proper clean - blinds and underneath the beds were filthy unfortunately. The lack of a broom was bad as the place got dirty and we couldnโt clean the floor or bathroom (we ended up buying cleaning materials ourselves as we were there for 10 days). You also need to provide additional towels for stays of a week for a family of four please.

Friends holiday
Pros: Really cosy and in a great location - one tram away from central. Also, 5 min walk from supermarkets. The host was very nice and very accommodating - gave us extra bed sheets and allowed early check-in. The host always responded within an hour. Generally a lovely place and would stay there again.
Cons: No doors the bedroom - but bedrooms were comfortable TV casting did not work - managed to connect Nintendo switch so that was good
