Entzückendes, sauberes kleines Appartement in Bestlage mit Kühlschrank, WiFi, Föhn.
Pros: Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und süß eingerichtet mit großem Doppelbett, kleinem Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Es gibt WiFi, es gibt einen Föhn. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter
Cons: Etwas teuer. In Küche kein Waschbecken, kein Spüli (aber man ja kann im Bad spülen)

Expérience à Amsterdam
Pros: L'emplacement, non loin d'une ligne de tramway et à 25 minutes à pieds de la place du Dam. Chambre propre avec une salle de bain privative, un frigo et de la vaisselle par contre pas de quoi cuisiner (pas de plaques ni de micro ondes).
Cons: Située au premier étage d'une maison, l'escalier est très raide et étriqué ne conviendrait pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite ou ayant du mal à marcher...et il y avait des travaux sur la façade de l'appartement donc dérangeant le matin.

Kleines aber feines Apartement mit zentraler Lage
Pros: Zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Auch der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber gemütlich und verfügt über die nötige Ausstattung für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber hat proaktiv mit uns kommuniziert. Der Schlüssel befand sich in einem Schliessfach und konnte unkompliziert abgeholt werden. Das Zimmer haben wir sauber und vorbereitet vorgefunden.

Good enough for a solo traveler.
Pros: The location was great surrounded with cafes and restaurants. The room was also comfortable and good enough for a solo traveler. Also, the owner was kind enough to keep my luggage while I was sightseeing during my last day.
Cons: There was construction work in the building and sometimes they started working as early as 8 am. If you’re not an early bird, you may have a hard time sleeping in the morning.

Pros: Location was great (town center, restaurants, markets...), clean and warm facilitie, little kitchen with all appliances that you need.
Cons: Could hear neighbors, on weekends yuo could hear noise from the street, missing storage space.

The Amsterdam Experience
Pros: Excellent location! Small apartment but has everything you need in the kitchenette, as well as a comfortable bathroom, private entrance, big windows, comfy bed. Everything was clean and thoughtfully made.
Cons: I recommend you bring earplugs (in general for travel) because the house is old and windows/doors/walls aren't sound proof. Being at a centric location means people around, neighbors in Amsterdam are very close, so ensure you can sleep. All I was missing during our stay was somewhere to hang our coats other than the backs of chairs or bathroom.

Pros: Отличный район. Не громкий туристический центр. Все что интересно в пешеходной доступности, да пешком 15-20 минут, но это же прекрасные виды вдоль каналов )
Cons: Следует знать, под окном ресторанчик, с прекрасной кухней, но если хочется пораньше лечь спать может быть несколько шумно. Для не молодых людей, отмечу очень-очень крутая лестница в апартаменты. Не критично, и все же важное обстоятельство. и еще один момент, в зоне кухни нет раковины.

Pros: La situación del apartamento era muy cómodo al estar tan céntrico. La dueña se ofreció a hacerse cargo del equipaje tras el check our pq no teníamos el vuelo hasta las 9. Muy amable y dispuesta.
Cons: No tiene armario para colgar la ropa, sólo unas perchas en el baño. El desagüe de la ducha no traga bien, si no te das una ducha un poco rápida, se desborda hacia la parte de atrás del water y no hay fregona para recoger sino una paleta. Sería buena idea contar con un estropajo para fregar el cazo y el resto de utensilios. Pero nos arreglamos igual.
