Pros: The host was very helpful both before and during check in and provided good information. Apartment was a nice size and very comfortable inside. Also, very handy for the metro and only a short ride from the centre of town. And a good supermarket nearby.
Cons: Overall we were happy with our stay but have a couple of suggestions: 1. Lighting over the kitchen counters and stove could be improved - fine during the day but we were prepping dinner by torch light 2. As the main window is on a pathway, could do with transparent curtains or window frosting to improve privacy 3. Signage to assist choosing the right shower settings

Overall a comfortable and cosey place to stay.
Pros: Self-service the kitchen was equipped but didn't have a toaster. It would be nice to keep some tea and coffee and instant milk available for guest would be a nice touch. However overall was a great stay.
Cons: That there wasn't a working TV

Nice
Pros: This appartement was fully furnished, the owner was really nice and our stay went really well. There is a 2 minutes walk to the metro and there is a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The Johan Cruijff arena was easily accessible (we really enjoyed our Taylor Swift concert ;) ) It is an excellent value for the price.
Cons: It was not perfectly clean but nothing unacceptable. The location might not be the most beautiful in Amsterdam but we still felt safe.

Completo y buena relación calidad-precio
Pros: Me pareció mucho más bonito en persona que en las fotos, además muy completo: microondas, lavadora-secadora, cafetera de cápsulas, secador de pelo, lavavajillas… hasta el detalle de bolsas reutilizables para hacer la compra, eso me pareció un puntazo.
Cons: Como parte negativa, decir que me alojé yo sola, a finales de enero, y siendo la primera vez que visitaba la ciudad, y sí que es cierto que la primera noche sentí algo de inseguridad. La puerta que da a la calle es translúcida, y al ser un bajo con terraza, entre las luces de la noche y los ruidos sentí un poco de miedo. Salvo esto, es un sitio muy cómodo para refugiarte después de un día largo y en el barrio hay tiendas para todo lo que necesites.

Pros: La casa spaziosa, dotata di elettrodomestici. La stazione metro era molto vicina.
Cons: C'era soltanto un asciugamano a testa per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Nella doccia l'interruttore per il piccolo soffione non funzionava, facendoti costretto ad avere sempre l'acqua che cade in testa. Stava la macchina di caffè, ma non le capsule.

Dikke prima! Goede optie voor een bezoek aan Amsterdam.
Pros: Parkeren was heel goed mogelijk in de buurt, en ook niet zo duur. Een dagkaart kost ongeveer 10 euro, na 19 uur is het parkeren gratis. Het appartement lig heel dicht bij station Kraaiennest, en daar vandaan gaat een metro rechtstreeks richting centrum, en een bus rechtstreeks naar de Arena. De communicatie was bijzonder vlot en prettig, de host behulpzaam bij het beantwoorden van vragen.
Cons: Er staan weliswaar twee 1-persoonsbedden, maar ze staan als een tweepersoonsbed tegen elkaar, met aan weerszijden tafeltjes, dus of je moet schuiven, of je accepteert dat je alsnog eigenlijk in 1 bed ligt.
