Wonderful, quirky house in a great area. Highly recommended.

Pros: Jordaan is such a lovely place to stay when visiting Amsterdam. Lots of nice bars and restaurants and interesting streets to meander around, close to many attractions but well away from all the touristy hubbub.

Cons: The house was wonderful but it would have been nice if there was a welcome pack of, say, a pint of milk and some biscuits, considering the high price of the accommodation. Supermarkets are few and far between in Amsterdam! You must be able to navigate stairs as steep as step ladders! Really fun, but not for the feint-hearted!

Lovely place in a lovely location with very accommodating hosts

Pros: Beautiful little apartment (house really) loads of history and lots of lovely features, perfect location.

Cons: A little bit of noise from the neighbours upstairs but when I asked to be quiet they were immediately also quite noisy from the pub next door but all quiet after about 11 pm. Not great for guests with disabilities.
