120m2 Spacious 4-bedroom Apartment with Roofterras

Pros: The apartment was lovely and situated in a lovely area of Amsterdam. The host was also lovely and incredibly helpful.

Pros: Host was exceptional and always available and ready for any support any time

Cons: Only balcony was not accessible because of pigeons

A lovely apartment in a good location but being unable to use the outdoor space was disappointing.

Pros: The inside of the apartment was ideal for our family. It was very near the metro which we used to visit all the attractions. The beds were very comfortable

Cons: Unfortunately we were unable to use the balcony. There was a pigeons nest, around a dozen pigeons flying back and forward and the floor was carpeted in pigeon droppings. The netting was broken allowing access to the pigeons. We discussed with the owners who explained that it was illegal to remove the nest. It would have been helpful to know in advance as it was quite shocking. We did access the roof terrace to watch the sunset. Opening the hatch was tricky and we were disappointed that there was no usable furniture. It would be worth checking that these issues have been resolved as the outdoor spaces were one if the reasons we booked the apartment.

Maison agréable dans l’ensemble.

Pros: Appartement moderne, très grand, relativement près de la ligne de métro. Personne très réactive pour répondre aux quelques désagréments pendant le séjour.

Cons: Un appartement qui manque beaucoup de finitions (rideaux au fenêtres, terrasse avec des pigeons, manque de couverts et de chaises). Bouilloire cassée qui a été remplacée pendant notre séjour.

Pros: スーパーが近い静かな住宅街でゆっくりすごせました。お風呂とトイレが別で使いやすかったし、4ヘッドルームと、リビングダイニングが広い。

Cons: 玄関からすぐ階段なのでスーツケースの上げ下げは大変。ベランダの問題点は事前に聞いていたので問題ないですが、鳥が嫌いな人は選んではいけないとおもいます。他の部屋のようにネットで鳩対策をした方がより快適に過ごせます。また、洗濯機のスペースには住人の洗濯物が置いてあったり使用しなかった。一つのベッドルームにも洋服がかけてあり、飾りだとしたらやめた方がいいとおもいまふ。

Pros: Appartement agréable et très bien situé et hôte disponible

Cons: Le manque de rideaux dans certaines chambres et peut-être penser à ajouter une étagère dans la salle de bain pour plus de praticité sinon très bien
