Pros: The host was very attentive and friendly, he offered to carry our bags up the narrow stairs. The decor was quirky. Excellent cleanliness. The location was convenient.

Great stay in Alpen.

Pros: Location was perfect for me. The accommodation was ideal. Close to the station for arrival and onward travel. Jan Vic showed me where to go for the most convenient supermarket.

Pros: The property is a great little unit. Walking distance to everything.

Lovely room - perfect location - excellent host !!!

Pros: Lovely room with beautiful decoration, very clean, with excelent wi-fi and comfortable bed. Excellent location : right in the center of Alphen aan den Rijn, close to major cities and the coast ( especially if you have a car ). Biggest plus of this property is its amazing host : Jan Vic !!! Very kind, friendly, helpful, gave us many useful information and tips. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it !!!
