Pros: Loved everything about the apartment. Spacious living room, cozy vibe. It has a balcony on the back as well, overviewing the Alkmaar city. Got everything that's needed to use the kitchen as well. Great mattress, superb heating system.

Great Location and Host!

Pros: Diwa was an excellent host. On the last day, she got a neighbour to bring us to the train station thus avoiding a 20 minute walk with our luggage. Diwa was also attentive and really tried to please us as guests in the airbnb. The apartment is excellent in terms of size, space and layout. Location is very central and stepping out puts you on the main street already with all shops a short distance away. Very nice place to stay.

Cons: only 2 things can be improved….first one is the staircase leading to the apartment which is narrow and curved at some points. For a senior to navigate that staircase without Diwa helping to bring the luggage up or down will be a bit challenging. 2nd thing that must be improved is a new mattress for the master bedroom. Hard at the sides and sinks in the middle made sleeping tough. Please change it.

Comfy appartment in Alkmaar city center

Pros: The location was perfect and the appartement at the top floor is quiet and comfortable.

Cons: The shower a litttle bit small for a family of 4 but nothing disqualifying. Bed a little bit soft

CHOOSE THE BEST

Pros: Everything. Diwa, the lady who met us, was amazing. The apartment we booked we needed to change to Ground Floor, she fixed that for us. The best service and apartment we have EVER had. Alkmaar is fantastic too.

Cons: There is nothing not to like!

Pros: Very comfortable, good location, great facilities. Terrace was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Spacious apartment. Plenty of crockery etc. Host met us and provided plenty of information. Would happily stay again.

Cons: Very small bath towels, no shelf in the shower, no plug in the sink.

Cons: The bed isn't as pictured which was a shame (no four poster with mosquito net) as that was was swayed me to book the apartment but other than that was great.

Mooi comfortabel appartement

Pros: Vriendelijke host die sleutels kwam brengen en kleine rondleiding door het appartement. Heerlijke plek, we hebben vooral genoten van het balkon.

Cons: Kleinigheid: we misten suiker voor bij de koffie en misschien een staafmixer.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Pros: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Parkhaus ist optimal. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
