I'd recommend it to my friends.

Pros: Apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need; staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly; location is great. One of us, a talented painter, was so inspired by Amsterdam beauty, so that an excellent professional painting was created - attached to the review - that is an exact apartment window's view.

Cons: The weather in the New Year's midnight was not so good, but that is out the staff power ;)

Pros: The staff were very attentive and arranged our accommodation to suit our needs. Portage of our baggage was performed without hesitation. I thank the staff for their effort to make our stay a pleasant one to remember.

Was more than we expected

Pros: Located on the red light district next to the canal was very convenient. The apartment was massive, bigger than my house. It has everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine. We requested a balcony apartment when booking which we received. The cleaners were absolutely amazing. 10 min walk to train station. Also access to hotel restaurants and amenities.

Excellent apartment right in the centre of Amsterdam

Pros: The location is amazing. You are so close to the centre of Amsterdam and it's a lovely vibrant area with so much going on. The apartment is well appointed and very spacious.

Cons: The stairs are very narrow and anyone with physical limitations will struggle. We also had some issues with the local authority erecting scaffold to maintain the front of the building (which the hotel had no control over) but the hotel was very reasonable and helped to mitigate the impact of this.

Great location

Pros: Absolutely the best location. The apartment was a little dated but had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet

Cons: Steps to this apartment might be challenging for older or disabled- no lift.

Pros: The cleaning service always did a really good job. The location is right in the city center, and the service was excellent. The spa is amazing, but it comes as an extra supplement.

Cons: Just note that the WiFi is only available in the hotel, not in the apartment.
