Lovely little apartment. Very helpful staff would go back again.

Pros: Lovely property, very clean about a 20 minute walk from the old town

Cons: You can hear the trains just something to know if you’re very light sleeper. The walk back from town at night was okay but maybe I wouldn’t want to do it as a woman on my own so get a cab.

Great, would return.

Pros: Loved the open plan layout. Perfect for groups of friends looking to stay all together! Great location - tram stop and bus stop 2 mins away which took you into the centre.

Cons: Maybe not the most spacious! We had three suitcases for six people and we struggled for space to put them. There’s no room in any of the two bedrooms for cases so we had no choice but to leave them lying about in the living room. We did put them in the cupboard when they were shut to start with but this ended up a hassle having to take them in and put when we needed something out our case! So yeah space was a little bit of a problem, and with the sofa bed out there wasn’t any room for 6 people moving about.

A great stay, in a great city.

Pros: Excellent app and communication. Cool location outside of the centre and close to tram stops. Clean, tidy, well heated space.

Cons: There could have been a few more kitchen utensils, a toaster etc.

Pros: Loooooooove so much The staff very helpful when we difficult to open the door of appartemen, quick response with WhatsApp THE BEST !!!!!

Cons: No parking lot 😭😭😭 Difficult to looking for the safety parking spot especially for electric car Pleaaaase make a parking spot in your building

I will use Numa apartments in other destinations in the future as well.

Pros: The apartment was as described. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and pleasant, with quick responses.

Pros: Really enjoyed the peace of this location, nice to wind down and enjoy the beautiful views after a busy day in the city centre. Located near to tram stops and local pubs and restaurants a short walk away.

Cons: I requested 2 twin beds and a double bed and received 2 double beds.

Comfortable and spacious room for girls trip

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Quick response to query via WhatsApp. Kitchen was clean and all in working order. Nice view.

Cons: Would have liked a toaster in the kitchen. Toilet cubicle and under beds weren’t very clean. Lockers available to store luggage before check in but were faulty so had to pay extra and travel to store them elsewhere.

Pros: Close to public transport. Check-in was easy. It was small but clean.

Cons: Not very much storage space.

Amazing stay, would recommend!

Pros: The apartment was lovely! There was always someone there to help or answer any questions. We had 6 people and there was plenty of space. After checkout we used the lockers which was very helpful as we had a late flight back

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! It is a little out the centre of Amsterdam but it’s nothing with a tram pass and the tram stop is only a short walk away

Pros: Modern apartment with tea/coffee and very clean. My son left his iPad and the team were so good to find it and post it to us.
