Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk

Pros: Practical parking below the hotel with charging stations. Good choice of breakfast. Good location

Pros: Large room, clean, comfortable. Good wifi, decent desk, tea, cofee and fridge in the room. Nice bar and restaurant. Overall, everything was fine. I stay in this hotel often, and they provide consistently excellent service. Good price (it's off season, so the prices are very reasonable).

Cons: A bit of noise from the corridor in the morning, but not too bad.

Pros: Large room with a desk and sofa, complimentary tea, coffee and water, good wifi, good value for the money (in November). Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. There is a nice bar in the loby open until ~ 11pm. I stay here often and I like this hotel, - just make sure you get one of the better rooms at the front of the hotel.

Cons: Not much this time.

Perfect location, Pet friendly and Super kind staff!

Pros: The staff were so kind and friendly and went out of the way to make my sons birthday super special. Loved that my dog could feel so comfortable and its the perfect location to everything too. We stayed here before and will be back again!

Cons: The bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but it was perfectly comfortable during our stay!

Pros: The room was great! The location of hotel is about 5 minutes from the beach! The bath tub is big enough to fit my 100kg husband and my 1.5 year old daughter:) staff is friendly!

Cons: The water temperature from shower is not consistent. It will get too hot or too cold. The parking is not for free and actually it’s quite expensive!

Pros: I liked the fact that its close to the beach and close to the centre and restaurants . Also there s bus stop exactly next to hotel. And most important it was pet friendly

Good location near to beach and town

Pros: Walking distance to the beach and town. plenty of restaurants nearby. Shower in room was very good. Buffet breakfast was expensive, but had a good selection of food and drinks.

Cons: Contacted hotel on TWO seperate occasions to confirm that our bookng was a twin room and NOT a double,, preferably in a quiet area of the hotel, but on arrival we're put in a double. The receptionist moved us, but we were given a room overlooking a noisy construction site. Be aware the hotel accepts dogs, so on the first night of our 3 night stay we were disturbed by the guests dog next to us, barking continuously until 10pm as it had been left alone. Price of the hotel's underground car park was steep at 24 euros per day.

The perfect getaway for families plus fur babies!

Pros: Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. Lots of food options near by as well. Big plus for us was that we could have our dog with us and she was treated really well by everyone there. My son absolutely loves the little play area. We will definitely return again soon!

Cons: If I have to be picky ... I would have loved for someone to do random spot checks on the swimming area and the play area. There were a number of unruly kids wreaking havoc in the play centre and then also in the pool some kids were jumping and doing canon balls in the small pool which made me a little uneasy when my toddler was in the water even with the sign that prohibits it and their parents present

Amazing Stay.

Pros: The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view over the town and option to not have your room cleaned daily with a voucher as a reward. Really enjoyed the sushi in Mr. Sato x Vloed Loungebar. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice.

Cons: Other than the price of the stay being too expensive. the only issue was that due to the shape of the tap in the bathroom, it took a very long time to fill the bath. The food is the restaurant wasn't very good (very dry and not much vegetables)

We will be back again for a longer stay

Pros: Such friendly staff and super comfortable bed, the Yumi spa was amazing and the food was really great.

Cons: We dhould have stayed longer
