Amazing house in the perfect location to say with friends and family.

Pros: The location was perfect, free parking for 3 cars and walk into town or the beach.

Cons: The only things that could be improved was the top bedrooms don't have curtains to shut out the light and the hot tub had an issue, which will no doubt be resolved by the time you read this.

Pros: Great three days with family. Hard to decide whether to go to beautiful beach/dunes or stay in house with sauna/jakuzi or pool (yes, three of us dared in december!) Patrick is a perfect host, thx!

Prachtige villa!

Pros: Prachtige villa met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer! Patrick is een vriendelijke eigenaar die ook goede uitleg heeft gegeven over de villa. We hebben een geweldig weekend gehad met onze familie.

Cons: We kunnen niets verzinnen.

Pros: Ein schönes, hübsch eingerichtetes Haus in guter Lage. Das Meer ist hinter der Düne vom obersten Geschoss sichtbar. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

Cons: Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, dadurch kommen einige Ecken zum Vorschein, die ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit benötigen. Um 22:00 Uhr muss absolute Ruhe sein, sonst beschweren sich die Nachbarn... direkt nebenan ist jedoch ein Großparkplatz mit Publikumsverkehr bis spät in die Nacht...

We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy all that Zandvoort has to offer

Pros: Everything was perfect - the house is beautiful and was in fantastic shape upon arrival. Each room had air conditioning, it's own bathroom & a beautiful view of the dunes. They even had a coffee machine, two refrigerators, an easy music connection & a huge backyard. We didn't want to leave the house during the day we enjoyed the pool and relaxed outside (instead of going to the beach). The location is perfect walking distance to all of the beach clubs and to take a walk along the beach / swim in the ocean. I will definitely be coming back. It truly felt like you were transported to Mediterranean
