Pros: The host, Erwin, was so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and quaint, fabulous! Ideal for a family of 4.

Lovely relaxing B and B

Pros: Very pleasant location, comfortable, and nice and quirky! Hosts were very friendly and we had a delicious breakfast. There is even a friendly cat who might visit! Zaandam is well sited for rail travel into Amsterdam and surrounding places. Trains are very efficient. Zaandam itself is a nice place to relax after the business of Amsterdam. We had a really pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend this.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like; it was great. Just a note worth making that you can get mosquitoes in the area so worth bringing some repellent.

Quiet place to stay

Pros: Ubicated in a quiet and nice neighborhood, you can arrive walking to the train station in 15 minutes, then take the 20minutes journey to Amsterdam central.

A perfect place to see Amsterdam

Pros: This was a perfect place to spend time with family. We took the bus from Amsterdam and walked less than 10 minutes through the pretty neighbourhood to the house. Inside it is very spacious and bright. There was a fridge and microwave so we were able to make sandwiches and small snacks. The sitting area had a huge comfortable sofa. We enjoyed spending the evenings together chatting and listening to the great selection of old records. Beds are amazing! The whole design of the place is really cool. We especially loved meeting the friendly cat. There is a great little outdoor space too. The hosts were helpful and friendly and left us to enjoy our stay. We walked into the main town within 10 mins, and managed to take the local bus to Zaanse Schans to see the windmills, and also to get to Amsterdam Centraal. Great location!!! Thanks for having us, we highly recommend Joan's B&B.

Heerlijk huisje.

Pros: Een heerlijk stil gezellig huisje en fijn contact met de verhuurders.

Cons: Het zou meer afgeschermd en privé kunnen zijn, je kijkt zo bij elkaar in de tuin en zij vanuit huis in het stukje tuin van de b&b. Dat voelt toch niet helemaal privé.

Pros: La posizione, l'arredamento accogliente e curato, l'indipendenza. Microonde ok, macchinetta del caffè con cialde molto apprezzata. Bagno grande, doppio lavabo ottimo. Letti comodi, sia il matrimoniale che il divano letto. Host molto discreti e gentili.

Cons: La mancanza dei fuochi o almeno di piastre elettriche, pochi accessori di cucina, metterei un tostapane, uno scolapasta almeno e qualche ciotola in più per le verdure. Aggiungerei anche un tappetino antiscivolo o un tappetino normale comodo per uscire dalla grande doccia presente.

Excelente localização em Zaandam

Pros: Localização, simpatia dos proprietários, TV com netflix e muitos canais disponíveis. Aquecimento. Ambiente simples.

Cons: Alguns objetos desnecessários na decoração.

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor Dam tot Damloop

Pros: Gastvrije ontvangst door Erwin. Fijn verblijf tijdens Dam tot Damloop, dichtbij de finish van de loop.

Cons: Jammer dat er geen kookgelegenheid is.
