Pros: centraal gelegen, eigen parking, luikjes aan buitenkant (slaapkamer), proper, vriendelijke eigenaars, voldoende handdoeken, drankjes in de frigo aanwezig, Vlaamse zenders op de televisie (gemakkelijk te bedienen), verwarming gemakkelijk te bedienen

Cons: krap bemeten, steile trap naar boven (door schuin dak vraagt het aandacht om zonder blutsen of builen uit het bed te geraken), toch wel wat lawaai van voorbijrijdend verkeer (anders is het rustig).
