Highly recommended!

Pros: For those that would like to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time in a fabulous location, I do strongly recommend De Kievit. The property is very accommodating and has all amenities that make your stay comfortable. The surroundings are amazing and the host couldn't be more amiable and courteous. Strategically located, the property provide convenient access to Amsterdam, Haarlem and some of the North Sea resort towns. We made the perfect choice for our one week Netherlands vacation!

Cons: Not a problem for us, but it's probably worth mentioning the steep stairs of this classic De Kievit house: They may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Ein perfekter Ort für einen Familienurlaub in Strandnähe.

Pros: Suzanne ist eine super Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist sehr gemütlich. Das gesamte Grundstück, die Umgebung und die Tiere sind ein wunderbarer Fleck Erde und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und mit den Fahrräder ist der Strand schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This booking exceeded our expectations and would love to return to this cozy, wonderful home.

Pros: It is a cozy environment with a wonderful host. It is in a great location, very spacious, and private. There are sheep, horses, and very friendly dogs on the property—a great stay for a family with kids who love animals. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends traveling to the area.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about our stay. My daughter would have loved more time with the dogs.

Toll! Wunderbares ruhiges Haus mit vielen Tieren - eine Oase

Pros: Super netter Empfang, Suzanne hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war die gesamte Zeit immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank. Das Gelände ist riesig und es gibt viele Tiere, die man sich ansehen darf, Pferde, Schafe, Hunde. Es war herrlich. Das Haus hatte alles was man benötigt, wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte dort und konnten gar nicht alles erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für 4 Personen sehr gut. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer.

Cons: Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktionierte alles. Die Treppe war mit Vorsicht zu genießen, aber das ist bei alten Häusern eben so. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
