Definitely worth a longer stay

Pros: They're was very little to not like, stand up paddle boards, canoeing, boating, cycling, walking, it was a holiday to suit everyone. I would highly recommend the body to and cycling. Erwin, Kim, Sis and Nikki were all so helpful and pleasant, they made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating. The village of Roelofarendsveen is a perfect place for either a relaxing holiday or an active one.

Cons: We didn't have enough time

Pros: Fabulous location. Beautiful views. Excellent amenities in the house, the games room and on the water. We loved the games room, Sups, canoes and electric boat. Mick was a great companion too.

Great in winter, gorgeous in summer

Pros: We really liked the villa. All rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the parking lot is next to the villa, shower worked well, as well as heating. The villa is modern but has a very cozy feel, especially in the evening. The hosts are great, the communication via email was easy and precise, the face-to-face talk was very pleasant and informative. We would gladly come back again. This accommodation is great in winter, and it must be gorgeous in summer, we believe.

Cons: There is nothing accommodation related to be mentioned here, everything worked well. There was a bad weather during our stay in February, so we had no opportunity to enjoy outdoor seating and swimming in the canal. Maybe next time.

Rural paradise!

Pros: This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Our host was very kind and speaks English. The apartment was clean with a lovely shower and well-equipped kitchen. There is a little deck outside with gorgeous rural views. It is very peaceful! There is a canal with paddle-boards which the kids loved. Thanks to Kim (and to Mick from the kids!) for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent place to stay and would highly recommend visiting.

Pros: The whole experience was excellent. Kim and family are amazing hosts and couldn’t be more helpful. The paddle boards and kayaks were a win and used every day. Mike was a constant welcome companion to the girls. And the restaurant across the road Paal 7 is also excellent (and owned by Kim’s brother!). Overall great get away beautiful location and fabulous hosts.

Cons: Was all great - nothing not to like!

Fully recommend for a stay, you will for sure enjoy it!

Pros: Very well, modern equipped apartment, with small terrace, and direct access to canal. Apartment equipped in everything you need, high quality furniture and kitchen appliances and even gas grill. Located in a very green, quiet area, you can use canoes or sup.

Cons: Bicycles were not yet available.
