Anny's Warehouse City Centre!

Pros: The familiarity. This was i think my 9th stay at the apartment.

Pros: Great amount of space for such a city centre position. Beds very comfortable.

Pros: Love the location, central but quite peaceful. The apartment is very well presented, clean, and tidy. I like the fact that even in hot weather, the apartment stays cool.

Great place at fantastic location

Pros: Excellent location, great apartment. Walkable distance to the Central train station and to all major city attractions.

Cons: The map location off the Booking.com leads to a wrong place, key the address into your Google maps manually instead. The stairs in the house are pretty steep, might pose difficulties for persons with limited mobility.

Pros: Everything about the apartment is great. I have stayed many times and I intend to continue you to stay here when I visit the city. Anny, please let me know when you release next year's calendar.

Pros: It's such a great apartment in a wonderful location. Anny is a superb host. Looking forward to my next two stays this year.

Wonderful stay.

Pros: The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay and was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent location. Expensive but all of Amsterdam seems expensive.

Pros: Fabulous central location but with the great advantage of also being quiet at nighttime. Very sensible organisation for arrival and some useful provisions. Spacious and clean.

Cons: Rather sterile and unattractive lounge room furniture and decor. Bad smell of drains one day but this passed.

Anny's

Pros: The location 6 minutes walking from Centraal station, and one street away from Singal canal was excellent for sightseeing. It was quiet and we loved being in the old building. Anny had provided more than enough coffee pods, teas and other products so we only needed to buy any perishables. There were interesting books on Amsterdam available. Anny was very helpful. The rooms were large and warm and it is possible to alter the temperature thermostat.

Good location, spacious apartment, well equipped, clean, comfortable beds

Pros: Location is good for walking access to tourist areas, but with a few ‘Red Light’ window-displays very close. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

Cons: We arrived at 01:00 in the morning, due to flight delays. For first timers in Amsterdam, the arrival at that time was awful! Red light ladies were not nice to see… Did not expect that, as I was under the impression that the location was outside of the Red Light district.. The steps inside to the apartment are extremely steep, especially with luggage. Accommodation in Amsterdam is really very expensive!
