Wonderful experience

Pros: Brilliant way to get from Amsterdam to northern England. Our cabin was super comfortable with lots of welcoming goodies. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast were delicious.

Cons: The lady on the counter when we checked in kept us waiting while she answered the phone and kept talking for 10 minutes.
