Cosy, nice waterfront appartment.
Pros: Clear instructions, nice location directly on the water, nice home fully eqiped. Peacefull. We loved the board games.

A nice and warm car free stay near the lake
Pros: Lino and Joyce are very kind and did great providing information and items we requested. The boot is in a good state and heating, beds, shower, kitchen, equipment and essentials are great and make it a comfortable stay. The coffee machine is irresistible :P The canopy with wood stove is a great idea and more like an extra living room. The garden is very well cared for. The car free area is calm. Shops in Vinkeveen are at short distance (by bicycle).
Cons: The car free area also has a disadvantage, because you need to transport all luggage by handcart (fewer available than there should be) and/or the included transport-bicycle, or otherwise use a paid service, and there is no dedicated place to (un)load your car. The nearby parking is intended for long term parking, as it costs EUR 10 each time you exit! This makes it a bit stressful to check-out at 10 a.m. (in the rain). The boot is docked at one of the rather narrow canals leading to the lake and the part of the terrace that is at the water side is small, so it doesn't give you a real lake-side experience. The dining table could have been better lit.

Dolazim ponovo i preporučiću ovaj smeštaj svojim prijateljima koji budu boravili u Holandiji.
Pros: Lokacija smeštaja je kao iz bajke. Došao sam turistički da obilazim Amsterdam, a zbog lepote prirode u ovom smeštaju sam provodio polovinu dana sa svojim prijateljima. Definitivno bih ponovo došao.
Cons: Sve je bilo savršeno.

Pros: Ubytování v krásném prostředí, se samoobslužným systémem - vše bylo v pořádku a dobře vysvětlené. Samotný Houseboat byl krásně a účelně vybaven, zahrada hezká a udržovaná, přístup ke koupání, venkovní sezení a úžasná prosklená venkovní terasa - letní kuchyň, kola k použití - vše bylo perfektní.

Pros: Super ruhige Lage, alles sehr sauber,gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte da an nichts.
Cons: Die Parkplatzgebühren waren sehr hoch. Wünsche mir das für die Gäste die dort die Unterkunft buchen eine Ermäßigung der Parkplatzgebühren bekommen.

Pros: TUTTO!!!!.....House boat fantastica, praticamente tutto nuovo e ben tenuto, si vede che i proprietari ci tengono e hanno investito molto ....oltre alla casa infatti c'è un giardino curatissimo e una veranda coperta e chiusa con vetrate scorrevoli che è una figata!!🤩🤩🤩
Cons: Solo la pioggia nn è stata gradita...ma nn è colpa di nessuno 😅
