Pros: The place suited me very well for the conference i was attending at the time. It’s very close to the city centre and central station, about 15min walk. There are a lot of very good yet reasonably priced restaurants. Monique is super friendly and very approachable at pretty much all times. All in all a pretty good stay.

Fantastic

Pros: Super cosy, very comfortable, clean and warm. It was a great location, lovely and quiet but really close to the city, a 10 min easy and fun cycle into the centre. Monique was very friendly and really easy to communicate with. She was there to meet us and run through any questions. She made us very welcome and the treats, beer and wine that she left for us were a lovely gesture.

Cons: All good

Pros: We were greeted by the incredibly nice owner upon arrival. She gave us a little tour of the space. Very spacious bedroom, great decor, I was a big fan of the fluffy rugs and pillows. Just a really cozy little place in general. The location isn't too far off the center, 35 minutes by foot (if you're fast like us), but it's away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would have been able to use the entire front porch you can see in the pictures, but we were hit with a ton of rain during our stay. Just our luck, but it made for a nice and calm morning on the boat. Thanks for everything!

Very comfortable and convenient location

Pros: Beautiful suburban neighbourhood. Only 2km from centre of the city. Comfortable apartment. Very responsive and helpful host.

Pros: Beautiful place to stay. Incredible location in Utrecht as well. Being walking distance to the station as well as plenty of parks and shops. Monique, our host was very friendly and helpful. House was comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect authentic stay on the canal in beautiful Utrecht.

Pros: Great studio, clean, private & wonderfully quirky. Exceptional hospitality to the point of helping with our laundry. We loved the quiet location & happily walked into town every day.

Pros: It was a delightfully quite and elegant relax. We enjoyed a quiet few days getting to know Utrecht a little bit, and enjoy the peace after our hectic holiday in Rome.

Cons: It was hot, so a fan might have been nice.
