Ideal peaceful location, excellent host

Pros: The apartment was stunning, right on the lake, the view and peace was exceptional. Steven couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed including helpful advice. We borrowed his boat for half a day to go out and explore the lake for a very reasonable hourly rate. Steven was around to greet us when we arrived and to say goodbye when we left, excellent host and excellent property. It is ideally situated for a trip into Amsterdam as well as some peaceful walks or cycles locally. We would definitely stay there again.

Was a lovely studio apartment for a few nights stay.

Pros: Location was lovely - great views across the lake.

Cons: Nothing - however would have been good to have had some milk and black tea (as an English guest) and maybe kitchen roll etc.

Pros: We had a perfect stay at this place a few days ago. Everything was just amazing – the comfort, the stunning view, and the exceptional attention to detail from the host and their family to ensure we had everything we needed. We are already certain that we’ll return in the summer to experience the beauty of the landscape in a different season with my wife. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location is amazing, easy in to Utrecht by train and bike. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and got us hire bikes. The place is comfy, limited space for cooking but sufficient for holidays! Would definitely go back.

Cons: Nothing really! I'd put a towel hook by the shower and make more of the view somehow. Some people made comment about the boat blocking the view - not a problem now as it seems the boat has moved.

Pros: I stayed here with my wife three days. This accommodation is in quiet part of village with nice view to water. It is perfect place for trips around (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Rotterdam…). We wanted place little bit away from big cities. Studio was in perfect condition and cleaned. Parking is in front of house. There were just two studios plus owners flat and you have really privacy. Steven was very helpful and caring. When we arrived he was outside. We called together and he opened doors remotely.

Pros: Quiet (winter season), Excellent Bed, Clean, on the waterfront. private parking on the property. EV charge station. Property owner is very helpful and kind.
