Dutch chic

Pros: Het Lichthuis is absolutely beautiful. Freedom Room is spacious and welcoming. The decor is that reclaimed and recycled retreat-style chic which the Dutch do so well. It is within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to Haarlem which is historic and full of unique shops, cafe's and restaurants. November is actually a good month to visit: it is quiet and a chance to see Dutch life without loads of tourists. In Zandvoort at this time of year, they decorate the streets and restaurants in a kind of Hallowe'en-Christmas style which is cosy and seasonal. An idyllic getaway from it all.

Pros: Incredible cozy atmosphere, I will definitely come back here

Cons: Only one small detail that is impossible zip the beds , everything else is super

Perfect stay in Zandvoort!

Pros: The Apartment was really big and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It had a nice coffee machine and the location is downright perfect, the sea is around 1,1 - 1,5km away depending on which beach you want to go to.

Cons: The bed sheets were very warm, too hot for summer.

Pros: Staying in this hotel left the warmest and most pleasant impressions! Cozy room, cleanliness,nice terrace.Most important thing is definitely the hosts! I have bit difficulty in website,Wim check in us ,explain all! I definitely recommend this place for holiday!

Cons: noise insulation, it did not bother me, but my one year old son is noisy and wakes up early.

Pros: The surroundings provide a great example of what you can do with a building like this. It looks very professional, and although I saw it on a TV program, I never expected it to be like this.

Cons: not enough power outlets

Seaside getaway in a unique hotel with amazing staff

Pros: The property is wonderfully unique! It has all the amenities needed for a seaside weekend trip and lots of charm. We came here for my birthday and got a tour of the property, fantastic recommendations for day trips in the area and a small present/ handwritten birthday card from the staff. Overall a wonderful experience and I can warmly recommend this hotel!

Cons: Something to keep in mind if you arrive by public transportation is that it is a bit of a walk from the hotel to the beach but if you’re okay with walking, it’s a nice way to see the picturesque town!

A real find!

Pros: Incredible Apartment. Phenomenal hosts! Beautifully decorated complete with our own balcony. Private and quiet. Close to shops and public transport. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Will be rebooking!

Spacious apartment in a quiet, but perfect location!

Pros: The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The digital check-in worked well. The apartment is spacious and lovely, and within walking distance from the train station, the beach and the F1 track. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable!

Cons: The shower's water was only lukewarm to cold, and a hot shower would have been nice during the cold weather. I did inform the hosts however, so I trust that they fixed this in the meantime.

Pros: Quiet and lovely neighborhood with sufficient parking spots nearby(atleast when I visited :) ). The app-based door unlocking made check-in a breeze. The room was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
