Hotel Noordzee

Pros: Perfect location, close to the beach and to the markets, 10 minutes away by foot from the train station, quiet neighborhood, nice view from the window. The host was helpful and brought us a clothes iron when needed. Also, we had a problem with the power, it was quickly resolved.

Splendid stay

Pros: The Hotel Noordzee is the perfect spot between the town's pedestrian area and, after a short walk, the beach. Also, it's a very cozy place, well worth a recommendation, especially when you enjoy cooking your own meals while you're traveling as the apartments have a kitchen incl. fridge. And one of the best things : dogs are free of charge!

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice apartment-a bit old but having everything you need!

Pros: Location (close to the beach, city center and the railway station), silence in the night, safety, apartament is fully-equipped, balcony, welcome by Jan :)

Excellent location with the most friendly staff!

Pros: The location is superb! Staff is superfriendly, so this is our second time staying there during Amsterjam. Nice to be able to make your own food, and actually eat at the kitchentable.

Cons: Very low pressure on the shower, and would be nice to have more than 1 kitchen knife, especially since we are two persons.

Pros: The owners were very nice and helpful. The place is comfortable with a nice view on the city. It is very near from the beach. Everything perfect.

A very relaxed stay at a very cozy place during the Christmas rush

Pros: It was a very cozy place to stay at with very kind and charming hosts who really took their time explaining where everything was. 'Another really positive point was that my little dog could have the opportunity to have a little walk onto the balcony belonging to the apartment if she so wanted. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating with high winds and rain, but it was fantastic that she would have had the chance if she would have wanted! Perfect!

Cons: Everything was fine! Everything was in perfect working order, heating was running, Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Extremely nice family run apartment. Perfect for myself and the 2 kids (17 & 14) 3 minute walk into town and about a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Cons: A bit pricey but for where we was it's understandable. Leaving

Lovely little town on the coast

Pros: Very nice cozy neighborhood, close to the city center and the beach. Unfortunately, parking is only possible further away, but this is due to the charm of the area. Nice little houses, narrow streets, fabulous atmosphere. The hosts gave good tips on parking, they were always very kind. Amsterdam can be reached by train in 30 minutes, the trains run frequently. Everything was perfect. Thanks for everything.

Recommended!

Pros: Very convenient for buses and the train station. Two minutes from the beach. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment I stayed in had everything needed, including microwave, kettle and four ring hob. I had only a short stay but can imagine being there longer on holiday. Nice comfy bed and pillows, with a wash basin in the bedroom. A well finished shower, toilet and basin in the bathroom. Heating in all the rooms. Very friendly landlady, Cynthia.

Cons: The stairs are very (very) steep so you have to be quite careful. Cynthia helped me up with my small one the evening I arrived.

A fantastic stay. Would happily stay here again.

Pros: The property was in a great location. Great to get to the beach and the town. It had all we needed. The owners were lovely and even left some chocolate Easter bunnies for my children to receive when we arrived which was a wonderful surprise for them and a really thoughtful thing to do.

Cons: Trying to find parking that didn’t cost a fortune.
