Short Stay Zandvoort

Interesting experience

Pros: Funny stay I'd say in hindsight. When we arrived we had to enter a keycode to get into the hallway and there searched for an envelope with the room code. There was none and suddenly the male host came in and handed it to us. We entered the room and were surprised to find a normal hotel room instead a studi including kitchen facilities as stated on booking. However, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The next morning, just when we were about to leave the hallway, the female host rushed in, accusing us to not have informed her that we (couple) were travelling with our four year old son. She insisted that kids are generally not allowed in her house and that I immediately should transfer the kurtaxe for three instead of two (9.90€ ... we had paid 177€ for one night) online in front of her. We left a bit puzzled :)

Pros: Lovely room, with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Close to the sea. Good location - everything easily accessible. Highly recommend

Pros: great value for money. the studio is decently sized and has all you need for a few days. Just 3min to the beach and parking. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close-by. Esther, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend

Very comfortable and quiet short stay near the see

Pros: We lived in the room on the 3rd floor. It may be tricky to get upstairs with a large suitcases, but view is really nice (above nearby houses)! Room is very comfortable and has everything you may need. We'd definitely stay for a week or more, if we could. Bathroom has been enhanced comparing with photos, it's very modern now. Kitchen is small, but definitely enough for a short stay. As coffee lovers, we really appreciated availability of capsule coffee machine. Bed is very big and comfortable. Location is very good - it's about 5 minutes to get to a beach, and about 15 minutes to the train station. It's good that it's located not in a city center, so it's very quiet, you can hear the birds in the morning. And city center is very close, so it's not an issue to get some food.

Great little apartment within walking distance to the beach

Pros: The apartment is small but good for one or two people. If you're going to be spending a great deal of time at the beach or outdoors, this is perfect. It has a small kitchen for cooking simple meals. The shower was also great. The train to Amsterdam is about a 15-minute walk away and gets you into the city in 30 minutes. We used it multiple times, and it was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if the price was right.

Cons: Parking can be a little tricky if you need to stay for multiple days, but there is a big parking lot with paid parking down the street.
