Appartement Villa Eva Rosa

Pros: I had a lovely stay at the Eva Rosa in Wijk aan Zee. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped - including the kitchen. I especially liked the living room with its big doors leading out to the charming terrace. It was a very cosy place to relax and watch TV - especially after a big day in the city (Amsterdam). The neighbourhood is charming and peaceful, and the locals are really friendly. It felt very safe too - even at night. There’s a grocery store nearby (literally a 1-2 min. walk) and a number of shops and restaurants only about 5-10 minutes away on foot. I used public transport to get to and from Amsterdam the whole time and it worked just fine. As hosts, Angelique and her husband are great! They were both very kind as well as helpful. I can totally recommend this apartment, and will even check its availability the next time I travel to Holland. Thank you so much Angelique!

Nice relaxing stay. Ideal to visit around.

Pros: Super cozy apartment, perfect for two people. The owner is really nice, she also prepared two small water bottles in the fridge. And she gave us very good tips for places to visit and to eat. The beach is a few minutes away by foot. In the village there is a nice ice-cream shop and the parking is free. Fantastic position to visit other cities and locations around.

Pros: We enjoyed very much our 3 night stay at Villa Eva Rosa. Location is very convenient, with free parking in front of the house and a supermarket just within 2 min walk. The beach is not too far either if you want to walk, however we preferred taking the car as I was 6 months pregnant and also travelling with a toddler. Wijk aan see is a cute, little town, quiet and perfect if you want to spend a few calm days away from the hussle of bigger cities. The apartment was clean and perfect for our small family and communication with Angelique was very smooth. Thanks Angelique for having us!

Excellent especially with small kids

Pros: Angelique was very nice, she even had an umbrella for the beach and sandpit toys for us. Her German is also great

Prachtig appartement op mooie locatie, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Pros: Appartement ziet er zeer goed uit en is erg comfortabel. Magnetron, vaatwasser, koffieapparaat, 2 electrische pitten zijn aanwezig. Bedden zijn erg fijn, bad en douche zijn heerlijk. Erg prettig dat je na het douchen niet de hele badkamer hoeft te dweilen wat vaak het geval is. Gastvrouw is zeer aardig, ontbijt werd op verzoek elke ochtend gebracht en was uitgebreid en zeer smakelijk. Locatie is perfect, vlakbij het centrum, de Spar en de bushalte voor lijn 75 en 78 naar Beverwijk.

Cons: Niks!

Pros: Mijn vriendin en ik hebben erg genoten van het weekend. Het appartement ligt lekker dichtbij de supermarkt, het centrum en de zee. We hebben daar heerlijk veel gewandeld. Het appartement was perfect en alles was schoon.

Cons: Niets.

Sylvester 2026 in Wijk aan Zee

Pros: Gute Lage . Gute Ausstattung. Nette Vermieterin.

Cons: Die Matratzen waren etwas weich und machten bei Bewegungen Raschelgeräusche.. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Kleiderschrank für Pullis und T Shirts.

Pros: Die nette Art der Gastgeberin, obwohl wir nach dem letzten Check in ankamen wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Appartement hinten im Hof ist so schön und gemütlich. Es hat alles was man braucht. Und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker. Es ist alles schnell zu erreichen.

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln
