Pros: Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach und ausführlich. Unterkunft sehr modern eingerichtet mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene Personen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt optimal für Strand und Stadt besuch. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Cons: Wenn die Bar gegenüber auf hat ist es recht laut zum schlafen.

Das Appartement liegt sehr Zentral mitten in Egmond aan Zee, fußläufig 1 Minute zum Strand.

Pros: Das Appartement ist super schön, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist großartig und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist auch schön. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Super fijn appartement

Pros: Heel het appartement. Lekker ruim met een mooi keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. 2 Zithoeken 1 voor de tv en de andere voor lekker te chillen. Midden ih centrum en heel dicht bij de zee met zijn lekkere restaurantjes.

Cons: Jammer dat de vorige huurders niet hebben doorgegeven of niet ontdekt is tijdens de controle dat de afstandbediening vd tv en de koffiemachine niet werkte. Rumoer/herrie van de cafés (maar dat wisten we van te voren)

Top Lage

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein und der Ausblick ist genial. Direkt im Zentrum von Egmond und nicht mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Viele tolle Restaurants um einen herum und der Supermarkt ist unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es wird einem ein Parkplatz in einer Garage zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons: Nachts kann es durch den Wind und die umliegenden Bars mal etwas lauter werden, aber nichts was man mit Ohrstöpsel nicht regeln könnte ;) Wenn die Sonne scheint heizt sich das Wohnzimmer durch die großen Fenster natürlich schnell auf.

Pros: Heel mooi appartement op de 2e etage. Ligging perfect aan de winkelstraat en op ca. 100 meter van het strand. Luxe keuken met alles erop en eraan

Pros: moderne, sehr schöne wohnung in bester zentraler lage und guter ausstattung.

Cons: direkt gegenüber und nebenan gibt es zwei kneipen, einerseits praktisch andererseits abends und nachts zum teil sehr laut

Pros: Ich habe vor einem Jahr schon einmal eine Bewertung geschrieben! Die Lage ist hervorragend!! Direkt am Marktplatz. Zum Meer ist es ein Katzensprung. Sehr gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen! Die Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz in einer Garage direkt unter der Wohnung. Gruß, Markus Gratz
