Citadines Sloterdijk Station Amsterdam

Pros: We felt very well in our apartment. It has everything we needed and the ladies at the reception are very friendly. The hotel is very close to Sloterdijk train station, from where it's possible to travel fast to the city centre.

It was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Clean and exactly like in the pictures.

Pros: It was clean, it is exactly like in the pictures. It was close to public transport (train, subway, bus). The personal at the reception was very helpful and nice. There is a storage room where you can find towels, sheets, capsules for dishwasher, etc. the soap and shower gel can be received from reception. There is a small supermarket close by. The deposit of 100 euro was received the next day after check out.

Cons: I do not know if is the hotel issue, but the app for the laundry requires a minimum of 20 euro top-up, while the washing/drying is 5.5 euro so you remain with money left in the app

Service was very good, but clear lack of cleanliness unfortunately.

Pros: The very kind and agreable service is the main advantage of this hotel. The bed was big and comfortable, too.

Cons: Our biggest issue was definitely the lack of cleanliness. There were hair on the walls in the bathroom as well as other things I could not name around the toilet. And the dishes were not clean as well, we had to do the dishes by hand upon arrival and during the entire stay, because the dishwasher did not work properly (no salt, no rincing liquid, clogged filter). The second issue had to do with a rather poorly equiped kitchen. For example, no gloves to take things out of the oven.

Pros: Great location, being so close to Centraal Station. Our one bedroom apartment was amazing for our stay. Great fully equipped kitchen :)

Pros: 5 mins (1 train stop) to the Amsterdam center. It's extremely convenient. 2 train stops (10 mins) to the airport. I was able to order breakfast , but it's convenient, because I could pay on the spot, and if I didn't feel like having breakfast, I didn't feel obligated to go because I've paid. Also the room was prepared for me and my boyfriend's anniversary, it was so lovely and sweet, they didn't have to, but it's an absolutely amazing touch additional 🤩 Honestly, I will recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay there next time I visit Amsterdam 💕

Pros: I love the kitchen, and the view from outside of the window. Btw, there’s no chopsticks. I will never forget to bring my own stuff for next trip.

Excellent serviced apartment

Pros: * Very good privacy. They clean the room only once a week and there is a possibility to ask to clean only when I'm present at the room. * Very good heating system. It was a very warm room, very comfortable and cosy. * Relatively big fridge and a freezer. That was crucial for me. It was a great stay, I enjoyed it. Everything is very comfortable and convenient for staying for long.

Cons: * The fire alarm system makes clicking/ticking noises every 60 seconds. These noises are not very loud, but it irritates a bit, especially when it's very quiet at nights. I wouldn't say it was too bad. Just minor inconvenience. In general, that's incredibly awesome apartment!

Pros: Great service, clean room, wifi is good and cleaning every week.
