Pros: The property bed and room decor was very good , heaters wifi toiletries and full kitchen are available every thing is very clean and nice the owner was very friendly too

Very relaxing with everything you need within reach.

Pros: Loved the decor in the room I was staying in. Theo was exceptionally helpful and very polite. Having toiletries, coffee and cleaning items to hand was an unexpected bonus. Great location.

Cons: The stairs were a little steep so would be difficult if you had mobility issues

Great location, funky and clean room. Would recommend!

Pros: The room is really cool and spacious. The bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. The bed was very comfortable, and that's coming from someone who has a bad back. Theo is a great host, really helpful and an all round nice guy. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to explore Alkmaar it further afield!

Cons: Very little to complain about.

Komme gern wieder, prima Unterkunft!

Pros: Zentral in Bahnhofsnähe, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der sehr nett ist. Großes und angenehm helles Zimmer, Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Cons: Das elektronische Schlüsselsystem fand ich nicht so leicht zu verstehen. Aber Theo ist immer gelassen und freundlich geblieben

Pros: Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war bestens, alles sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, Küche und Bad wurden mit anderen Gästen geteilt, was ok für uns war, da es aus dem booking.com-Inserat ersichtlich war.

Cons: Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, hat man weit und breit keine Parkmöglichkeit (schon gar nicht kostenlos). Darauf muss man sich vorher einstellen.
